I share President Trump sentiments on the so-called N-word. It’s not in my vocabulary and never has been.
Those who have used it need to quit using it, including blacks and others who sometimes use it jokingly.
But turning these things into crimes is worse than using words like this.
Further, blaspheming God and Jesus is something FAR, FAR worse than using a racially disparaging term. The main reason that using a racially disparaging term is wrong is because it dishonors the Creator. It also is disobedient to His command to love your neighbor as yourself. But blasphemy has permeated our culture and is nearly every movie and TV show.
When are people going to lose jobs and business deals over their contempt for God and Christ?
If we are guilty for the transgressions of our ancestors, who is truly innocent?
This begs the question: How does one earn redemption from something they said or did thirty years ago?
No one is.

It fails spectacularly when the general public and our institutions learn to consider the good opinion of progressive revolutionaries completely unnecessary. :)
Unfortunately, the executive management of NASCAR, the NFL, the NBA, and others have not yet learned that simple lesson.
A little post script to the story. Eli Lilly is one if the founding partners and main sponsors of the Indy Pride week and parade. So in Lilly’s corporate eyes it is unacceptable for a family member to use the “N” word, but alright to parade your sexual perversions in public and on local TV and in the local paper. Just a little context.

I grew up in the deep South. I remember segregated bathrooms and water fountains. I was in seventh grade when they made us take a bus across town to go to the colored school, when previously I could walk to school. Truth is, we rarely used the infamous “N-word”. When we (rarely) spoke of them, it was colored, or black, except for the old folks who called them darkies or nigras. Frankly, we just weren’t that bothered. Now, my God, everything is race this, and race that. The kids are taught just what victims they are because “they black”, when for the last 50+ years I have had to wait for a job until the quota was filled and have had my tax money given to freeloaders. I’ve listened to the likes of Jackson and Sharpton until I no longer care. Just shut up already and go about your business of being people trying to make a living like most of us. Do you really want it to be like you would have us think it is?

I don't know where you've been for the last decade or two as the Left has demanded and shamed people into using their version of free speech and everyone else be damned.
I have never gone along with PC speech. It is cultural Marxism.
I still use whatever terms of speech I want and damn the liberals and their PC speech. Yes, more people need to do this. But why has it taken you so long to come to this conclusion?
I was listening to Rush yesterday in the car. He was discussing some professor who called herself a non-binary gender, trans-menstruating "it". No better example of the mental instability of those who demand PC speech be used. Apparently "it" wrote a column in the Huffington Post about how to deal with menstruation when you're not a woman. Huh? WTF?!
I would call the "it" a confused b*tch who can't figure out what hole to use. Sound PC to you?
PC speech is only for those who willing go along in using it. The rest of us have been fighting back its use for years.
