In a word..."mixed". There was alot of US House "dead" GOPe Wood cleared out last night chief among it was "Speaker" Ryan and his ilk. Let face it the loss of the House really SUX, BUT we HAVE to get to work NOW on the 2020 Election! Get REALLY good solid candidates recruited NOW. The Dems WILL overplay their hands(they ALWAYS do) and they WILL be dumped in 2020! Silver lining, WE OWN the Senate!

It’s not what I WANT. It’s what I fear we face.

“You are delusional. “

Have you been paying attention to current events? Mueller is going to give congress an impeachment report. A long laundry list of ‘crimes and obstruction of justice’

Of course the dems in the house will act on it and if it’s weighty enough the rinos and neverTrumpers in the senate will too.

While you’re condemning Ryan, don’t forget to roundly condemn the GOPe RINO’s who insisted on appointing him Speaker.

I hope Paul Ryan is locked up somewhere. Perhaps that is why he hasn’t been seen.

It’s going to be a real ball to find out which races Paul Ryan decided to fund with the boatloads of money controlled by Ryan’s super PAC and the NRCC - which Ryan largely controlled. And which candidates they chose to choke off. I was thinking of that once I read this tweet earlier tonight:

https://twitter.com/GabeHoff/status/1060008431208280064

Five (5) million dollars to Comstock, who was an awful candidate if I do say so running in a district HRC won by 10. Smart thinking, eh? Something is telling me he fully funded all his squishy RINO losers and starved the rest.

Lou Dobb’s show Wednesday night should be EPIC, as he has been hollering about a lame duck Ryan controlling things for months now.

On what grounds will Trump be impeached?

Judges are long term solutions and we don’t have that long. Besides, if our constitutional republic was still intact, the courts wouldn’t have anywhere near the power they do today.

You are too pessimistic. In my opinion Pelosi is just slightly worse than Ryan.

There will be no impeachment. Trump will find common ground with the democrats on a massive infrastructure program and they will get along fine.

Meanwhile, the Senate will keep confirming judges (and a new attorney general with balls).

You are dealing with communists. The only grounds is they disagree with him.

Agree completely.

He really is one slimy piece of crap. Good riddance to him.

This purge could be one of the best things to happen to the Trump movement - a chance to clean house and put in candidates that support Trumps agenda.

Trump supporters MUST stay engaged, MUST stay fired up and honestly everything will be ok!

I will also note, maybe its a US election thing - but here in the UK when we run a campaign the idea is to sell something for the future - proposals, legislation i.e. POLICY.

It is not enough for Trump and the GOP to use rat obstruction and the economy - you are always buying a vote one way or the other - there was no coherent message about a legislative agenda from what I could see - and it certainly wasn’t pushed if there was.

it won’t get quite as bad as you said. But you are more right than wrong. The new House will block everything Trump wants to do. For example, there will be no wall.

I think the chances are now about 50-50 that the House will seize upon some reason to impeach Trump. The Senate won’t convict, as the bar is too high there.

Except for a few executive orders here and there, I can’t see how Trump can get anything done going forward.

True. His hands were tied with rino ryan and the rest of GOPe that’ll be gone. He couldn’t come out and trash members of his party without losing the morale of the party..

It’s open season now for Trump to thrash pelosi and the house publicly every day.

When Trump moved into 1600 Penn. Ave to begin his hobby activity of being president, D.C. was like a toilet in Grand Central Station. Dems and Repubs were all corrupt. The whole damn place is corrupt.

Today was the first real flush... Ryan and a bunch of other RINO's are down the pipe. 2020 will be the second flush... then the toilet will be clean.

It’s depressing that the democrats get any votes at all. They are socialists/Marxists. We are in trouble as a nation.

It might seem unbelievable why anyone would want to vote Democrat, but unfortunately this country has a lethal combination: youth culture on steroids -- profoundly ignorant, immature, & overfeminized -- and a large, permanent underclass -- congenitally weird, stupid, vicious. All of them act on emotions; naturally they'll vote with their emotions.

I pray that some of the kids get red-pilled before it's too late.

The best thing that can happen to guarantee Trump’s reelection is for the democrats to spend the next 2 years holding pointless hearings about Russia and impeachment.

They got elected because they promised to fix healthcare.

Suburbanites are probably the dumbest voters in the U.S. They are usually the last to see any connection between the policies they support and the impacts on their lives.

You're right, there wasn't one. Paul Ryan is anti-Trump. And Mitch McConnell, except for the judicial appointments, is anti-MAGA also.

So no surprise, there is no pro-Trump legislative agenda under the current leadership. To the contrary....
