Sea levels can rise—they certainly have done so in the past. And land masses can subside.

If the Marshall Islands are subsiding, we could return the islands to Japan, who can build an airport on it. ;)

“Seas do not rise; land erodes.”

Exactly!

“The Panama canal has locks for a reason.”

The locks raise the ships up steps at a time so they can cross the land area, and then lowers them again to sea level, which is the same on both sides.

The Panama canal has locks for a reason.

And what do you believe that reason to be?

Another theory with only faulty science to back it up.

Another con game with no science to back it up.

It’s all about scamming mass amounts of tax monies.

If Miami, Palm Beach County and Broward County flooded, I'd get over it.

"For the view on the right, elevations below 5 meters (16 feet) above sea level have been colored blue, and lighter blue indicates elevations below 10 meters (33 feet)."

As far as Ice goes the only ice that counts is the Antarctic and Greenland ice sheets.

But even these controversial.

The Antarctic and Greenland Ice Sheets will recede one place and extend in another

And since continental plates float on a sea of magma the weight of that Ice carried on that plate presses down on that plate and will cause other plates to rise.

It is pure hubris for these ‘scientists’ to say that they know the cause of rising sea levels in one particular place. The complexity of the problem is too great

National Geographic has fallen so low. Water rises equally worldwide, not just in one area. I do not see the sea rising anywhere.
