Would not be shocked if Trump were to be working on a counterreport that is devastating to Mueller.
Dershowitz was one who went to rape island that bill clinton went to. Pedophile island. The democrats probably reminded him.
Implications of AD’s comments:
1) President Trump has maintained that the SC investigation is a political witch hunt. For the SC’s report to present “politically devastating” opinions about Trump, but no evidence of crime by Trump, is to prove Trump was correct. He is likely to point this out.
2) The Special Counsel statute requires that the appointment be made for pursuit of specific crimes. If there were no crimes other than Manafort’s loan and tax games from years ago and process violations arising from the investigation itself, the appointment was illegal (since the process crimes didn’t exist before the appointment). The things Mueller has charged Russians with doing have nothing to do with the Trump campaign.
3) SC’s Report = “Al Capone’s Vault”. The more hype, the harder the fall. Even Peter Strzok said “there’s no there, there”. The media will pretend, until someone asks “Where’s the Beef?”
In other words, nothing. Two years of how many attorneys working? A devastating political report? The network nightly newscasts do this every day.
My take (could be wrong of course!) is:
All they are doing is marketing the idea it will be “devastating”. This is means in reality it will be a whole lot innuendo, rumors, and maybe some highly technical breaches of obscure but not criminally liable regulations. They will desperately being trying to make forest fire smoke with burned out cold match fire. All they have left is to try to make people think its bad.
If it were, it’d all be out there by now.
Yeah Dershowitless has decided that the seriousness of the fake charges is more pertinent than the facts....more ammo for Trump as they lob another dud....
What will they do? Hate Trump even more?

If Dersh is right, then any legal basis for impeachment is gone, destroying the whole legal basis for Mueller’s initial appointment.

I typically listen to Mr. Dershowitz because he usually very reasonable. This sounds like one of those stick with FOX for BREAKING NEWS topics.
