Bravo - this is the simplest way to describe what is going on.

“One can only imagine how many strains of rectal syphilis Dave has contracted in his life.”

We take a cruise once or twice a year. Those ships are crawling with homosexuals (not “gays”; I refuse to call them that). They’ve ruined what used to be a nice aspect of the vacations. We’d no sooner go in a hot tub or pool than we’d cozy up to Typhoid Mary.

Christian faith offers the spiritual fulfillment of Christ’s salvation. Who would not want that? Saying spiritual redemption is a form of prejudice is a total misunderstanding of what Christianity is about. Being LGBT should not deny them the salvation of Christ nor should a Christian be forbidden from bringing Christ’s message that offers spiritual fulfillment. Christians are really for the spiritual needs of all people. Denying that natural spiritual liberation is like saying a slave does not need freedom.

LGBT would “use fear” to push the legislation and asserted, “we cannot allow claims of LGBT freedom to be used to discriminate against a religious individual.”

There fixed it

Thank you for posting this.

I always thought Cicilline was detestable, now I know why.

It grieves me that the kind of logic he uses is mainstream thought today. Excellent scriptural reference.

How can someone be “LGBT”? One cannot be lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender all at once, no?

Sodomy unrepented of will certainly exclude someone from salvation; 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 is not ambiguous on that point.

Or has that whole concept been pushed out of the minds of Americans?

It’s not about discrimination....it’s about morality. I do not have to participate in THEIR morality because the government tells me so. Even the concept is ridiculous.

When one realizes the value of salvation, repentance is a liberation that makes it all worthwhile. The reward is great and one that all people crave. When the seek other substitutes, there is no true fulfillment. They will accept Christ’s message when they understand their quest is a substitute for fulfillment. Christians should stay on message and ignore the Identity Politics.

Rep Cicilline, you should be ashamed of yourself to admit to doing something like that
which of course makes it so obvious that this is not about rights but about your
hatred toward God.

You hate him because he made you the wrong sex, is that right? why don’t you just go ahead
and hate him and let every one else be as you can go to hell as you are, no one is going to
miss you, no one is even going to know you were ever here, it will be as you never have been
so why don’t you leave and take as many God haters as you can with you.

Nothing can get in the way of liberal zealotry. Here’s what Trey Gowdy said to a zealot reporter about forcing the military to conform to liberal fascism —Trey Gowdy ,

Question: How can President Trump claim to represent all U.S citizens, regardless of sexual orientation, when he banned transgenders from joining the military? Isn’t that discrimination?

Trey Gowdy’s Response: “Nobody has a right to serve in the Military. Nobody! What makes you people think the Military is an equal opportunity employer? It is very far from it - and for good reasons - let me cite a few.”

“The Military uses prejudice regularly and consistently to deny citizens from joining for being too old or too young, too fat or too skinny, too tall or too short. Citizens are denied for having flat feet, or for missing or additional fingers.” he went on to explain: “By the way, poor eyesight will disqualify you, as well as bad teeth. Malnourished? Drug addiction? Bad back? Criminal history? Low IQ? Anxiety? Phobias? Hearing damage? Six arms? Hear voices in your head? Self-identification as a Unicorn? Need a special access ramp for your wheelchair?”

“Can’t run the required course in the required time? Can’t do the required number of push-ups? Not really a morning person? and refuse to get out of bed before noon? All can be legitimate reasons for denial”

“The Military has one job: Winning War. Anything else is a distraction and a liability. Did someone just scream? That isn’t Fair? War is VERY unfair, there are no exceptions made for being special or challenged or socially wonderful”

“YOU must change yourself to meet Military standards and not the other way around.”

“I say again: You don’t change the Military - you must change yourself. The Military is not about being fair, it is about taking advantage of others and about winning.

The Military doesn’t need to accommodate anyone with special issues. The Military needs to Win Wars and keep our Country safe - PERIOD!”

“If any of your personal issues are a liability that detract from readiness or lethality... Thank you for applying and good luck in future endeavors.”

“...any other questions?”

What Rep. Cicilline means, knowing he can’t really come out and say it yet, is religion must change to accommodate his beliefs or be abolished.

Maybe I have it wrong but isn’t Religious Freedom protected by the Constitution, ie 1st Amendment, and to be be GAY is not protected and if it is then would someone point to the part in the Constitution that says being Gay is protected specifically like it does for Religious Freedom?

Leftists’ goal is the abolition of religion anyway.

Everything the Dems and RINOs do is with the goal of pushing the USA in the same direction as Lenin’s USSR, which legalized no-fault divorce, homosexuality and abortion.

Well, there is a reason why 1 Corinthians 6:11 says “And such were some of you”, emphasis on “were”.

Sodomy does not get to trample OUR religious rights, Mr. Cicilline.

Exactly.

We can’t allow the manufactured rights of sexual deviants to override the constitutionally protected right to freely practice one’s religion.
