Germany, the EU's biggest economy, is still generating a third of its electricity with coal, a climate killer with huge CO2 emissions

A European election drubbing has served as a harsh wake-up call for Germany's leaders that young voters fear climate change and are furious about the government's glacial response to it.

A surge of support, helped by the Fridays for Future protest movement, propelled Germany's Greens to second place in Sunday's European Parliament elections, at the expense of the mainstream parties.

[[a third of its electricity with coal, a climate killer with huge CO2 emissions]]

Yeah, the atmosphere is all the way up to 0.00136% CO2, another 0.00001% and we’re all doomed s/

As well, we’re only at around 400 pmm- the earth has been over 1000 ppm in the past and the climate didn’t die- not sure how these folks think 400 or so ppm is gonna ‘kill the climate’?

Make no mistake, the Soros’ puppeteers controlling the strings of the EU blockheads actually WANTED this faction to come into power, but more gradually. Trump and the nationalists like Farage (UK), Le Pen (France), Orbán (Hungary), and Bolsonaro (Brazil) have upended the process of destroying humanity, and are providing a GLIMMER of hope that autonomous nationalism becomes more prevalent. Time will tell.

Germany would be a wonderful place for Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to travel to now and make her notoriously pro-Green speeches.

To get over the language barrier, she could begin by announcing, “Ich bin ein Berliner!” followed by the German words for “We’re all gonna die!” and then simultaneous translation could take over.

What a hit she’d be, and she wouldn’t have to worry about Nancy Pelosi, who has apparently issued such a severe gag order to AOC that we’ve hardly heard a word out of her over the past month.

I have the solution.

If everyone who believes CO2 is a dangerous pollutant stops emitting it personally then problem could be solved overnight.

When exactly in earth’s history did the climate NOT change?

The reason they have so much coal energy?

Because the Green party forced Merkel to shut down all nuclear power plants as a condition of joining her coalition, and Germany made a whole bunch of coal plants to replace them...

"... furious about the government's glacial response to it.

That's kind of an ironic analogy.

“fear climate change”

Yes fear, that is what the CO2 agenda is selling, and using - fear, fear, fear.

“not sure how these folks think 400 or so ppm is gonna ‘kill the climate’?”

I worked for a scientist when I was in college. While consuming a pitcher of beer, he never had just a glass, he explained how the funding worked. The first question he asked is, “what is it you want to prove?” Then, he arranged an experiment to “prove” whatever the customer wanted. He was very successful. This may shock a few people, but universities are not about education. They are about funding. Education is somewhere down the list.

Can’t be helped. You gotta prevent valuable assets from falling into the hands of your enemies. China wasn’t exactly a great friend of the US. But it was important that it be prevented from falling into Japanese hands. And later on, Nixon gave Brezhnev the stiff arm when the latter probed the US reaction to massed Soviet nuclear strikes against China.

This was when Mao Zedong, the man responsible for 100,000 GI battle deaths in Korea and Vietnam, ruled the roost in China. It was unacceptable that China should become another one of the Soviet Socialist Republics.
