Simply not feasible. If you replaced every oil powered machine today the demands for lithium and electricity could never be met. Ever.

And that is why Electric Cars are a niche product and no threat to combustion at this time.

Until you can charge them in 5-10 minutes and get 300+ miles consistently per charge, and have charging stations as common as gas pumps... they are niche product
