Hunter doesn’t want the court inspecting his finances. I’m thinking a LOT of money was laundered via Hunter.

therefore there will be a settlement and joe’s handlers will be the force driving the negotiations.
i am however thinking that hunter stupidly fell into some kind of trap. he might even be innocent in the turkey baster sense. lunden working as a stripper and getting pregnant is not a story of an innocent party. yes, the kid is a victim.
i wonder if lunden was a setup from the start. joe has always been the democrat front runner for 2020. what if there was an easy way to take him out, something that cut through all the shell company legalese, something (ideally) related to sex? this could be the ultimate dirty trick on hunter.
as for hunter, if he is innocent of this, he seems to me so stone cold guilty of so much other stuff that i have little compassion for him.
back to the negotiations, if they cannot come to terms, well lunden had better wise up, and meanwhile avoid taking any trips on small planes, or drive alone on freeways or deserted country roads, etc.

Yes, the only issue is amount of child support. This is based on earnings of each parent. This usually comes from W-2s and pay stubs, but often deadbeat parents try to hide income and earnings. Work under the table, hide income. Evidence is used to show past earnings and ability to earn at certain levels. Hunter had extremely lucrative compensation. He now claime it all dried up. She can claim he is willfully underemployed or unemployed (he doesn’t want a job because he does not want his kid to eat). Well the kid still has to eat. It is an unusual case and hard to establish a fair amount. This is further complicated by Hunter’s ability to hire the best lawyers in the world, who know all the nooks and crannies of loopholes or what may be called “delay tactics”. These cases usually get “settled”, They agree on an amount. Like the movie stars. The Bidens think they are above the law. Since child support is established by courts or administrators under laws, Bidens hear the word “law” and they have to rise above it.
