What is up with that Velcro pad on the sleeve?Easy removal prior to capture, I assume. It's also pretty nifty to remove all of that prior to washing. The four stars signify General. Back in my day, name tapes were dark blue with bright, white lettering. Talk about a target!

Looking at the old ADC patch, the SF patch nods to the eagle over the earth, but the new eagle is a flag shield eagle while the old ADC is a bald eagle flying over north America. I can’t tell if the new patch has the lightening bolt? And no clue what part of the earth is shown in the new patch - the EU? Siberia? LOL ! Here's a larger, and unsubdued version of the Space Force patch:
