Interesting and I don't expect as severe health problems in Sweden as elsewhere. In 2013, Sweden adopted a low carb and high fat diet as part of a national dietary policy. Those who have embraced the diet will still get sick, however will not suffer the deleterious effects of dietary induced glycated hemoglobin.

Yup. I remember reading that butter became ‘endangered’ overnight as people adopted that eating plan and supply didn’t meet demand.
