Roughly 1 in 70 people in that county are infected. Roughly 1 in 50 in NYC.

Closure
NMDOT has mobilized roadblocks on both east and westbound off ramps of I-40, Exit 20 (Munoz Drive). Traffic will be restricted into Gallup in order to stop the spread of COVID-19 in the area. State Police and the Army National Guard will be manning all checkpoints. Motorists should expect to stop at this location. Signs will be posted warning drivers of checkpoints ahead.

If the Chinese Virus is capable of laughing, it’s laughing its corona off! What a show! Humans’ leaders suddenly turned into controlling fascists. Millions of humans suddenly stripped of liberty and autonomy. It must be more fun for the virus to watch than killing people!

Any lingering thoughts I had of “Land of the free,” “America, land of liberty,” are now gone for good.

The woman getting a threatening visit from the police for knowing that her daughter was playing with the family next door, was the final straw.

Or was it the old couple sitting in CHAIRS on the beach, told they could not sit in CHAIRS? I don’t know, but the last few weeks have been an eye-opener for me. Or the old folks moved from one old folks’ “home” to another against their will (as if they had the strength to protest).
