WGN-TV reporter Gaynor Hall was giving a weather update in Shorewood on Saturday night when the brazen creep suddenly ran into the frame, grasped her shoulders and shouted the obscene phrase, footage shows.
Police said Farina confessed. He was released on a $2,500 recognizance bond.

He’s just stupid and immature is all. The kind of thing a 13 year old boy might do and get punished for.
But he’s 20 years old. He has a screw loose. Or drugs.
In any case, while I see why she was bugged out by it, I don’t think it is the end of the world here.

Let the legal system handle it. She would have been justified slapping the fool out of the creep, but someone else would have faced charges. The creep did not learn that which is taught in 1st grade: "keep your hands to yourself".
