Speculation is rife among prominent politicians most intimate with the President elect and supposed therefore to be well-informed as to his probable course. The composition of his Cabinet is freely canvassed, and the following are the names most prominently mentioned: FOR SECRETARY OF STATE. WILLIAM H. SEWARD..............New-York.
