May 18, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) — Well over 100 American universities mandate students receive coronavirus vaccines to attend. Employers are saying the unvaccinated will be fired or simply not hired. And in some circles it’s now commonplace not to ask people whether they’re vaccinated, but just which vaccine they’ve taken, with the assumption being all normal and sane people take this injection, or will take it the first chance they get.
What is the most prudent way to respond? What are Americans’ rights in these situations?

With more than 100 U.S. colleges mandating COVID vaccines for in-person attendance and schools enforcing mask mandates, it’s critical people understand their rights.
The bottom line is this: mandating products authorized for Emergency Use Authorization status (EUA) violates federal law as detailed in the following legal notifications.
Tell them to ESAD.
The left never cared much for laws, and once they feel they have enough power, the law will be what they say it is.
Also, there has been blatant violation of laws in the US and nobody has lifted a finger, the recent election being one. There are many other examples though. They’ll only act if it serves their interests.
Meh. I don’t want the vax, but it’s not worth a huge fight. I’ve gotten the flu shot for the last 15 years because my employer said take the shot or wear a mask.
I was in the Navy and got more shots than I can count, including the swine flu vaccine.
I try to avoid all meds if possible. Lost weight, don’t eat sweets to avoid type II diabetes and high blood pressure. I’m over 60 and just take a few over the counter supplements, no Rx. But, I’m pragmatic, lots of people took the jab and didn’t die, yet. If I want to do something and it requires the jab, ok.
There are plenty of places online whee one can get a fake Vax ID card.
That would be my first option. Except I’ve had covid. I have real antibodies instead of unauthorized MRNA antibodies.
At the risk of stating the obvious, no court has struck one down either.
It's worth the fight. A major difference is that the influenza shot is NOT given on an Emergency Use Authorization. It's a licensed, FDA approved vaccine.
ALL of the covid vaccines as of now are UNAPPROVED. It may take up to 2 years before they are approved.
Any employer mandating their employee's take unapproved or unlicensed medication is ILLEGAL.

Maybe I’m overly optimistic, but I see another way out of this...
Several things are happening (I hope), which may cause the number of new covid cases to decline:
1) The percentage of people getting vaccinated is rising, so even if it is somewhat short of Fauci’s goal - we should be approaching his weird definition of “herd immunity” (assuming there is at least some merit to the vaccines, and to Fauci’s strategy). The more people are vaccinated, the fewer people can catch it and spread it - and the more “dead ends” for the virus, and it withers and dies. So the theory goes.
2) The percentage of people getting infected with Covid and building natural antibodies via their own immune system is rising - contributing to true herd immunity. This source of herd immunity may be far more effective than Fauci’s man-made version - and far more extensive than available statistics would suggest, since many of these cases are asymptomatic, and never reported.
3) There is a huge “covid fatigue” factor throughout the public. Most people are fed up with it - even the most controlling Leftists who have enjoyed the political advantages of covid and who seem not to mind wearing masks. I think even these people are reaching a saturation point and are looking for a way out.
That subjective opinion is based on conversations I have had with my Leftist acquaintances. Most of the political edge is gone now that Trump is gone, and they feel the Deplorables got put in their place. Their perverse desire to purposely scuttle the economy and put thousands of people out of work is far less, now that Biden will get the blame for it rather than Trump.
Based on a combination of the above, I sense that the whole Covid scare might be on the verge of just going away and the vaccine passport thing might become moot.
After all, the whole thing was based on nothing. It was all a ruse to get rid of Trump and that goal has been achieved. It takes a lot of energy to maintain a fake crisis for a whole year. There is nothing behind the hype - perhaps it will evaporate as it should.

Good enough perhaps to fool many out there that would be "checking."
As a practical manner...there is NO way they would charge / prosecute individual people for a fake vax card. Would be absolutely impractical due to the vast numbers alone.
....then again, we are talking about evil fascists’ in the “just us” dept so...who knows.

Nobody is going to let you enter their country with that. Are you also going to forge the clinic and lot numbers?

(Tinfoil hat time) Is this part of “the plan”? Our adversaries want the downfall of the USA. What would be the outcome of multiple suits against multiple organizations that “forced participation in a medical experiment”?
I'm talking about large events. I've seen it in person at a large regional volleyball tournament. The people processing hundreds/thousands are either (1)not trained (2)don't care (3)want to get people through their line and so forth.
As for copying lot #'s...big deal.
All someone needs to do is fill that thing out with fairly easy to find information.
Let's say someone doesn't want to get the unapproved covid vax but they want to go to a large sporting event that requires people entering the facility to be vaccinated.
How would the person(s) "checking" people's paper vax cards going to verify the information?
Is the person checking going to call up the clinic and verify that you did in fact get that shot?
They're going to do that for everyone in line?
Or just pull random people off to the side...have them wait until this checker calls the clinic...and maybe gets someone to answer...who then has to go into their records (assuming they are kept and correct) and rely that back to the door person?
It's all around totally impractical.
Even going to another country. Imagine the time it would take to verify each passenger's vax information on a paper card. Or even a random few, to be verified. Will the checker at Charles de Gaulle airport at 8am their time be able to reach the 8-5 clinic where the shot was allegedly given?
The only way it might happen...might...is if the entire globe was on a real time digital verification system. Imagine the cost, complexity, cross country legality nightmare of several years it would take to build such a system (even if they leveraged current travel passports).
The other one does look fake. Lacks the logo, the banner is only in English, and lines 3 and 4 say covid not other. Now will an average person pick up on it? Maybe, maybe not.
