With the advent of loud cellphone talkers, I had the idea of a 900# business that you could call to “compete” with the loud talkers standing nearby. Through a menu of choices, you could pick an important profession (and even foreign language) and you would hear your scripted half of an important phone conversation you were to then repeat loudly for all around to hear. Want to sound like a neuro-surgeon, an astronaut, an important Wall Street broker? “1-900-Wanna-Be”. Unfortunately, the idea never made it off the drawing board to even test out. Was fun thinking of the possibilities though!
Talking loud is now a crime? That is ridiculous, glad she is suing. And taking of jammers, that should be a felony to use one. If you don’t like people talking, put on some d#m$ earplugs!

I’d guess if a white person behaved in the same manner the result would have been the same - except for the race based whining that followed.
I don’t like inconsiderate jerks of any color.
If a person is civil and courteous, I also don’t care what their race or color is.
When receiving a call I didn’t want to deal with but needed to answer.
I would scream into the phone that I must be in a bad cell and cannot hear them.
Almost always they would scream back to call them later.
Being loud is a cultural trait.
Black women are bad, especially in groups.
So are the men.
Hispanic women are pretty terrible as well. Especially with the angry pre-madonna types who love to wave their finger in your face.

I don’t know about race. But anybody calling the cops cause somebody is talking too loud is a dick.
One option is to join in the conversation. It is really up to your imagination how to join in. You could ask, why she has a 13 year old boy in bed? Has the price came down for a joint?
You could even start up you own imaginary conversation on your cell phone.
Another is add some noise. Start up a leaf blower, lawn mower, or edger. If you are in a car, honk the horn.

Diamond vs Karen. The picture in the article shows that this happened in the middle of the day, not 2:00 am. People are mildly annoying some times. So are people who call the police when they’re being mildly annoyed.
My neighbors behind us are African immigrants. I hear them speaking to each other when they are inside their house, and I’m in mine.
Why are they always shouting?? It’s ridiculous.
Some people have no volume control.
Only white folks are guilty of that. Blm is making it so that black folks are not responsible for anythingg anymore. Nor can they be arrested for anything, or shot while resisting arrest wit deadly force. Every police shooting now of an armed and dangerous criminal minority is now ‘unjustified’ and ‘systemic racism ‘ and murder on the part of the cop fighting for his life and th3 safety of the public
They seem to be blaming the new neighbor.
I hadn’t lived in my present house for a month when a male/female pair of local denizens had a screaming argument out front. At 1 in the morning. I tried to ignore it, but they weren’t going anywhere...so I got out of bed, flung open the front door, and shouted “HEY!!!” (in my fiercest outside voice).
When they looked at me, I continued to yell “I have a GREAT idea! Why don’t you two go scream and yell at each other in front of YOUR house instead of mine??”
They said “sorry” and moved on. No need to call cops.
Since they were both white, they couldn’t make a big fat hairy racial deal out of it, or merit national news coverage. I’m usually okay with the NY Post, but they are really stirring the pot here.
Maybe the lady just got tired of listening to some screeching black lady all the time.... Understandable.

IIRC they are illegal in many locations but can easily be ordered from offshore.
