North Miami Beach's Crestview Towers condo evacuated due to unsafe conditions

According to North Miami Beach Police Department, Crestview Towers condominiums in North Miami Beach is being evacuated due to structural and electrical conditions.
The evacuation comes just a week after the Surfside condo collapse and as South Florida municipalities continue to push for more routine reviews of high-rise condominium complexes.

Owning a condo unit seems like buying into a commune to me.
You are at the financial mercy of everyone else who owns one.
And you are at the mercy of their maintenance/fee policies.
