Counties told not to turn over election equipment (chain of custody in Pennsylvania)

Two days after state Sen. Doug Mastriano, R-Franklin County, announced that he’s requesting that three counties turn over election materials and equipment for a “forensic investigation,” the Department of State on Friday directed counties to refuse any requests for access to voting equipment by third-party groups.

Acting Secretary of State Veronica W. Degraffenreid issued a directive prohibiting third-party access to electronic voting systems, addressing requests that counties allow outside entities not involved with the conduct of elections to review and copy the internal electronic, software, mechanical, logic, and related components of Pennsylvania’s voting systems.

“Such access by third parties undermines chain of custody requirements and strict access limitations necessary to prevent both intentional and inadvertent tampering with electronic voting systems,” Secretary Degraffenreid said. “It also jeopardizes the security and integrity of the systems and will prevent electronic voting system vendors from affirming that the systems continue to meet Commonwealth security standards and U.S. Election Assistance Commission certification,” she said.

Mastriano sent his request to the boards of elections in Philadelphia, Tioga and York counties, directing them to turn over all cast ballots and balloting materials from the November 2020 general election and the May 2021 primary. The request also included unprecedented access to electronic voting equipment.

Nov 25 - PA voter fraud hearing: odd spikes, 50K votes missing, no chain of custody

We desperately need legitimate media. The MSM didn’t cover this hearing. They generally won’t report anything they disagree with, which is anything to the right of socialism. The following is from an off-site hearing by Republican senators in Pennsylvania. They are reporting USB cards with 50,000 votes were missing, there is no chain of custody for an entire county, there were odd spikes, poll workers were barred from observing, and more.

The man in the clip below wasn’t allowed in to the counting room to observe, and he’s a poll watcher. Why wasn’t he allowed into the room? Usually, they only do this because they are up to no good.

The cover up is now in full swing. Now the auditors go to court.

If a CWII ever happens, the very first targets would probably be media outlet facilities

Go in with guns drawn, and get them.

They are against the audit because they were part of the fraud.

The MSM has barely addressed Republican complaints about the subject of “Chain of Custody” during the 2020 election. Now when an audit is being discussed in PA the Media’s central objection involves chain of custody? Who is writing this stuff?

third-party groups

You mean the state legislature, the sole constitutional authority to determine the manner of selecting electors in a presidential race?

They are soft targets for sure. Keep that in mind should the time come.

Looks like anyone against an audit WOULD be part of the fraud, but then those opposed would say say that a “third party” would tend to be suspicious. It makes it hard to say who is the honest guy here, unless they have a “D” behind their name which doesn’t necessarily make them suspicious, but it would tend to. My personal feeling is that any electronic machine use puts the whole system on suspicion. Too easy to manipulate the votes after the fact & we sure know how that seemed to work out in the last presidential election. To most thinking people it must have been pretty obvious that Biden/Harris were certainly far from the best possible candidates well before the election. Use of electronics should be restricted to only registering what was put down on a paper ballot. There should be nothing in the system that would allow any votes to be changed in any way. Is this how it is actually set up? I doubt it.

“Such access by third parties undermines chain of custody requirements….”. That’s what they’re covering up.

If the 2020 election was on the “up and up” then what’s the problem with a thorough auditing? Got something to hide?

Methinks you and other state do otherwise you would welcome a look-see with open arms.

Buncha crooked scum with apologies to scum.
