This is misinformation. This law has been in effect since 2003 and - right or wrong - has nothing specifically to do with Covid; scroll down on the link to the actual RCW entry and see the date. Don’t undermine your credibility with this stuff.
You have no credibility, so I won’t be listening to whatever advice you give.
I have generally supported your efforts, but you don’t help the cause by posting misleading information. If you click on the link to the regulation you are citing and scroll to the bottom, you will see it was enacted in 2003.
It isn’t misinformation because in a recent zoom call it was discussed as being time to put into action. Washington state intends to arrest un-vaccinated people and hold the 7 days if they comply, and 30 if they refuse.
Do you deny this is about to begin?
It’s a state reg that has been in existence for 18 years....long before Covid existed. You can ask the state how many times they’ve actually used it, and it’ll be a long pause before they answer that question.

The Expose article is about proposed ammendments to the bill.
"The bill would amend state law to allow residents as young as five to be detained by the state and sent to Covid-19 quarantine camps.
"The proposed revision under Washington’s Communicable and Certain Other Disease Act outlines specific “Procedures for isolation or quarantine” that are incredibly tyrannical and discriminate against unvaccinated people.
A local health officer would be granted power to “issue an emergency detention order causing a person or group of persons to be immediately detained for purposes of isolation or quarantine.”
I am unvaccinated and strongly oppose vaccine mandates, and it is discouraging to see that simply raising a question about the accuracy of a post makes me equivalent to a Nazi in some people’s view.
And you can go discuss with them the proposed amendment they CURRENTLY want to apply to that rule.
The plandemic was supposed to happen on Hillary CLinton’s watch, so the original was nestled into place in 2013, ready for when she took office.
But they are CURRENTLY trying to amend it for Covid-19.
Really entertaining to see ‘conservatives’ tensely defending the honor and intentions of lefty politicians. REALLY enlightening.
They haven’t used it because Hillary CLinton lost the 2016 election and they had to wait to steal the next election to implement it.
