Tucker is probably saying the truth about the Labs.
However, the Russians are trying to make it a defacto reason they attacked Ukraine. If they wanted the labs gone, they should have made it public BEFORE the 2020 election here in the US. Instead, they waited for Trump to fall victim to the Wuhan release and the started the buildup for the invasion when they had Hunter’s laptop and Biden in office. The reality is the labs must have had nothing to do with the Putin invasion, because he failed to bring it up when he could have.

Given that the talking points and narratives in the alleged document have been parroted and amplified by the pro-Russia and pro-Putin faction here on FR then someone has fallen for it.
