Are we utterly deranged? Wasn’t a large portion of America inexorably against war just a few years ago? Have we so completely forgotten everything in the past 10 years and the past 100 years that we’re willing to call for “regime change” in one of the largest and most bellicose nations in the world?
And yet a majority of the population is now busting out the Ukrainian flags when Joe Biden says that Russia’s Putin must go. What exactly do we think is going to happen now? Is anyone thinking?
Listen America, let me remind you of a few things: First, you don’t care at all about Ukraine. I’m willing to bet that most Americans couldn’t have picked it out on a blank map of Europe two months ago. I’ll even double the ante and bet that a majority of Americans still couldn’t pick it out on a blank map of Europe. And yet we’re willing to make this a holy casus belli?
Of course, my own instincts put me on the help-Ukraine bandwagon. After all, I have been telling literally anyone who would listen for the last 10 years (all two of them) that we were heading toward war with Russia. But my goal in warning about this was to find a way to avoid the war. If you’re one of those people who has put the Ukrainian flag on your Facebook profile pic (which probably means you also put the “I got vaccinated” frame on your profile pic) let me ask you this: Does it make you suspicious when our government and all of our media, including Fox News, unanimously tell you the same thing? Does it bother you at all when the two least-trusted institutions in the entire nation are reading from the same page,

One thing is certain; the left is lying in news reports about Ukraine to manipulate people. Everything in news reports is not false like the death and destruction, but I am certain we are being manipulated by the left to get us into a war with Russia.

Yeah, we’ve seen this act too many times before. All the “WE” will stand by you until this is won and “WE” have victory won’t actually be going so it’s easy for them to make those statements. 50,000+ will likely give you a hearty PHU COUGH! Not to leave out the kids that lost everything in the Middle East kerfuffle. Everytime I see the youngsters on the Tunnels to Towers ads I feel shame and embarrassment thanks to useless pols in d.c.. They were betrayed and still are at a lot of VA facilities. The proposed Ukraine budget is bigger than the VA budget. Or the CBP budget. WTAF?
Also we are not prepared, both within our armed forces, nor our society, for such a war. Fighting Russia/USSR, China, North Korea, Iran, and the other assorted tinpots at the same time will be difficult at best under the best of circumstances, and that’s not including nuclear weapons.
The change we need is in our own nation, it is suicide to try to live among liberal democrat criminals any longer.

You’re correct. Another sad outcome is if the mob is successful and Biden plunges us into a war imagine how this administration will deal with the mid-terms. All his rhetoric has to be leading up to something that is not good.
I have no trust in our institutions.
The Chinese/Xi are using Covid lockdowns as an excuse to purge the costal cities and as cover for war preparations. Same goes for Putin and the sanctions/ “Special military operation”. Putin is preparing for something much larger than Ukraine, and China is preparing for something much larger than Taiwan.
For God’s sake people!! When are folks going to finally get it through their thick skulls that WE HAVE NO BUSINESS INTERFERING WITH OTHER PEOPLE’S PROBLEMS!
We just got through pouring thousands of lives and billions of dollars into the interminable gaping holes of Iraq and Afghanistan, while the conservative movement devoured its own as “unpatriotic” those who said this kind of lunacy was stupid and wrong.

Indeed. Many blithely advocate destroying Moscow, as if there would be no repercussion.
Most have no comprehension of what fusion weapons are, including the nitwits in Congress. The atomic bombs dropped on Japan were fission weapons. Fusion weapons use a fission reaction as the trigger to initiate the fusion reaction. These weapons are literally the power of the Sun dropped on a city.
Also, the PTB would love to do Ukraine and Taiwan (War with China and Russia) at the same time. But it’s a check our body can’t cash.
I know the Slavs and the the Rus and history of those two. Their history is long, deep, and has grown acrimonious like an old drunken embattled couple at 11pm... familiarily breeds comtempt.
