Native born is not natural born. Citizen perhaps, but not Natural born.

Nikki is a natural born citizen of the US. The birth location and citizen status of the parents is moot.
In the same chapter Roosevelt writes that both Presidents Jackson and Chester. Arthur both had dual citizenship.

I don’t think that is the issue. Roosevelt’s point is that Jackson had dual English American citizenship.
While we generally accept that Jackson was born a long the South Carolina/North Carolina border back in 1859 there were questions of whether he was actually born at sea.
Jackson was born in 1767 somewhere in the Carolinas. His parents emigrated from Ireland in 1765.
I'm not sure if the South Carolina constitution had citizenship requirements or not, so I'm assuming that Jackson and his parents were considered citizens of the United States in 1789.

Obama was ineligible.
His mom was a US citizen. However, to pass that citizenship to her child required that she live in the US continuously for five years after the age of 15.
She lived in Africa and gave birth at age 18, not 20.
Therefore, she could not pass citizenship to Barak assumed his father’s Kenyan citizenship.
The original BC is under lock and key in Kenya. The proof of forged BC documents was ignored.
You are correct! Nikki and K’mala are both native born, not natural born.
If born in the US, the person is a native born citizen.
Constitution requires President to be a natural born citizen, wherein parent is US citizen.
