In legal terms, a natural born citizen is a citizen who didn’t have to be naturalized in order to become a citizen. Since Nimratta did not have to go through a naturalization process, she is a natural born citizen and this issue becomes moot.

If your parents are foreigners when you are born, Jindal, Obama, Harris etc. you are not NBC because you have a choice in citizenship. A NBC has no choice, but you have described one example.
Nikki is not a Natural Born Citizen. There’s more to it than being born within the confines of the United States.

You could not be more wrong ‘We the people are government. Only US citizens birthing their child on US soil constitutes natural born citizenship. The soil does not alone bequeath natural born standing. Humanity since the garden party have always tried to fix what is not broken.
I can't find any reference to this other than a letter from Roosevelt saying that LeLong elected to be a citizen and "Where an alien in good faith becomes a citizen, I would protect him in every way."
That's a far cry from stating that he's eligible to be President. Do you have any other sources that I could read?

she knows she is in trouble After few calls of inquiry to her headquarters during the campaign she took the info about her parents off the web site. Those who dispute the definition of NBC need oly look at the guilty behavior of those being questioned.
