The UNM Center for Reproductive Health, an unassuming clinic tucked into the back of an office park down the street from the Albuquerque International Sunport, used to be relatively low volume. So much so that those in an abortion provider fellowship program often had to go somewhere else in their second year to get more experience.
That changed once Texas’ Senate Bill 8 went into effect in September 2021, banning abortion after 6-weeks of pregnancy and then again after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in June 2022.
Now all abortions are banned in Texas except for cases in which the procedure is needed to save a pregnant person’s life or “prevent impairment of major bodily function.” there are no exceptions for rape or incest and under Senate Bill 8 anyone can sue abortion providers and those who help a patient get an abortion.
The 10 physicians at the UNM center now see three to five times as many patients as they did previously, Truehart said, and 80% are from Texas. UNM would not provide data on how many abortions it did each month.
The three Planned Parenthood clinics in New Mexico also experienced increases — basically doubling the number of abortion patients they see each month from 115 before Senate Bill 8 to 237 now. Roughly two out of five of the patients are from out of state and most of those are from Texas.
More providers are coming to the state as well and three clinics have moved from other states to New Mexico — including one that opened just last week.
New Mexico has nine clinics throughout Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Las Cruces and Santa Teresa. Although more providers have been moving to New Mexico, Mansanares, from Planned Parenthood, said there will never be enough.

Most of this very long article is about abortion care providers including those at Univ. of New Mexico paid by NM taxpayers, those affiliated with religious groups who believe in "reproductive choice" and the new providers who are moving into NM to take advantage of the abortion until birth attitude and laws passed by our radical Dem controlled legislature. Only one small section talks about abortion opponents who are none-the-less energized with an opportunity to provide pregnant women with choices other than abortion.
Because the article is lengthy I have cut and excerpted sections that I consider most important. The ABQ Journal is subscription but has changed its policy to allow six to ten free articles.
What business ever complained about their volume doubling overnight? why aren’t they ecstatic that they are able to murder twice as many babies as before? It’s their great joy in life.
Just a posted notice to remind us all.
Dear FRiends, our 1st qtr FReepathon is running behind. It looks like we’re not going to hit our target, but with your help, maybe we can at least get it over 90%. 3/25/2023, 11:36:11 AM · by Jim Robinson

“The UNM Center for Reproductive Health”
The UNM Center for Infanticide
There, fixed it
Thanks Mark,

They ain’t seen nothing yet. They’ll know real fear when they stand before God and give account for what they have done.
Safe haven for infanticides. More babies for the Demonrat Moloch worshippers to sacrifice.
Think of what’s going on in the hearts and minds of New Mexicans. They can’t feel good about this. Their people just might have a hard time coming to grips with all of it. It will lead to more serious discussions the left is afraid of.
Fearful? Now if their names and addresses of the abortionists along with the number of abortions each provided were listed on a web site, then they would have a legitimate reason to be fearful.
Legalized abortion was an outgrowth and enabler of the “sexual revolution.” Like the French one, it has outlived any usefulness or utility. The damage done has been immense, to our culture and individual lives. Ultimately, the sexual revolution has given us transgenderism and there’s no telling how this insanity will evolve if it isn’t stopped. It’s time for men and women to take responsibility for their actions. It’s time to reassess what our roles should be in society. If we were invaded, would we want swoopy, high-voiced men in high heels or Charels Bronson types? I’m guessing men would transform overnight, as would Hollywood. As for liberated women, how does it feel to undress in your chosen sport in front of a “trans” woman? That’s the result of a revolution gone too far.
The wicked flee when no man pursueth.
Problem is if you get rid of abortion, you’d better also get rid of welfare that supports poor people cranking out the babies they can’t afford.
Thunderdome “health care”. Two people go in, one comes out.
New ABQ abortion facility has ‘starting goal’ of killing 75 babies weekly
Procured murder should not come cheap.
It goes back farther than this, to legalized birth control which separated the sex act from procreation. Sex became mere recreation with expenses physical, emotional and financial falling mostly on the woman.
I don't know how clergy which are supposed to believe in life for innocents can support killing babies. Below is their organization objective:
Will they go out and arrest visibly pregnant women on the street and march them into the slaughterhouse?
