Joe Biden's HUD is coming to make the suburbs more 'fair.'
As we sit comfortably in our homes, having dinner with our families, crime rates are going up all around us. That is to say that criminals are no longer relegated to the inner cities; they've evolved to suburbs and rural areas as they seek new and more vulnerable targets. The Biden administration is fostering the decline of those outer areas by using the Housing and Urban Development agency to force suburbs to accept high-density "affordable housing."
For several decades, one of the major dreams of the middle class has been to own a home in the suburbs. Now, under the guise of prohibiting discrimination based on race, religion, sex, etc., Democrats have proposed regulations that would force jurisdictions that accept HUD funding to "promote equity in their communities, decrease segregation, and increase access to opportunity and community assets for people of color and other underserved communities."
In other words, the left is saying that the route to upward mobility for disadvantaged minorities is dependent on their relocation to more affluent areas, where they will have access to more services. One wonders what services they'll receive in a small town that they can't get in a big city. By the way, could someone please tell me which communities in this country are segregated by race or any other factor? Furthermore, given how the left describes "equity," we can be sure it means that every resident will demand to have the same level of affluence as his neighbors, whether he can afford it or not.

There are probably areas in most towns and cities that White folks wouldn’t go to at any time of day or night, so there’s that.
I know there’s plenty of ‘em in my town......now turn that around and I seriously doubt there’s any place in my city that blacks are afraid to go to........weird right?
We’re starting to see the fruits of this in my well-established suburban neighborhood. They’re working on a couple, new high-density apartment complexes which are completely out-of-character for our region. The locals are not impressed.
But, let’s be clear. The real motive behind this is to flip the area in favor of Dems. They need to spread the poison around. It’s possible that within a few years my community, which has always been reliably conservative, will soon be voting for leftists.
It’s the law here in CA. Local City Councils no longer have a say. And if they DO say no, they’ll be sued by ‘Housing Advocates’.
According to the leftists, a principal benefit is the disadvantaged minorities will have role models. They will be inspired to work like their affluent neighbors to get luxury items. Actually, they will see this as a great opportunity to steal while their neighbors are at work.
Blacks raise sand about “gentrification” if whites move into “traditionally black” neighborhoods. I am sick of starting my day with news of what blacks are bitching about today. Sink or swim. I’m done.
The ComDem’s have a pact with the Cartels. And the Cartels have even bought/bribed Prosecutors and Judges. In the case of Arizona? The Secretary of State and or the current Governor.
The Cartels place a drug dealer in a small town, buy off the local law enforcement, use the druggies they sell to as Zombies to seal everything that has value.
That is happening now. It has been for almost 10 years in some places.
Imagine the impact under the current huge border invasion.
I respectfully disagree. The God fearing blacks I know avoid the ghetto black areas as much as whites do. Well, except for when we attend church in a bad area (intentionally set up there to improve the ways of the area).

The “projects” in my little town.. is a modern building and looks a little like a condo.
Wall to wall carpeting. Modern conveniences including wide screen tv, internet and kitchen appliances.
