Trust the science
There is the Antichrist and then there are antichrists. The Antichrist will likely be someone charismatic, and Biden certainly isn’t that. However, he’s an antichrist, going by his decisions and agenda.

I don't think it's Biden either, but the AC does recover from a deadly head wound. Dementia could be interpreted as a head wound.
And Biden would be the Evil One's way of playing a very dirty trick on everyone. Take an absolute idiot that no one thought had a chance in hell at any meaningful employment and, via possession, turn him into a brilliant AC.
That said, I don't think that's the case. Given Satan's proclivity for mocking God with imitations, I wouldn't be surprised if the AC were a genetically-engineered hybrid (part-human and part-demon).
