Spotify has parted ways with Harry and Meghan, ending a deal they inked back in 2020.
The media outlet reportedly paid them $20 million for a series of podcasts. They ended up making twelve episodes. That’s really nice work if you can get it.
Is this what the left means when they talk about privilege? Who else gets to make that kind of money for this kind of work?

Prince Harry and Meghan’s deal with Spotify ends as they agree to ‘part ways’
Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, have announced another high-profile split.
The couple’s lucrative deal to produce podcasts for Spotify has come to an end, both parties revealed Thursday.
“Spotify and Archewell Audio have mutually agreed to part ways and are proud of the series we made together,” the audio streaming giant and the production company launched by the Sussexes said in a joint statement.
The development comes after the couple produced just one series, “Archetypes,” a podcast launched in August 2022 and hosted by Meghan that sought to “investigate, dissect, and subvert the labels that try to hold women back,” under their Archewell Audio podcast imprint…
The royals’ deal with Spotify was reported to have been made in 2020 for a reported $20 million. NBC News was not immediately able to verify that figure. One employee for Spotify said that the former royals were lazy compared to the Obamas. Oof.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were branded “lazy” and “f–king grifters” by Spotify employees Friday after the podcasting network canned their $20 million deal.
Bill Simmons, the sportscaster who is also head of Spotify’s international sports content, said on his own podcast, “’The f–king grifters.’ That’s the podcast we shoulda launched with them.”
His attack deepened the couple’s crisis as sources said they were “lazy” compared to the Obamas, who also had a Spotify contract. Harry and Meghan will probably not be missed.
When was the last time you even heard anyone talk about listening to their podcast?
What do either of these people bring to the world of entertainment and/or celebrity?
Zsa Zsa Gabor and other women like her could come on the Johnny Carson show and be glamorous and interesting and humourous, but this gal doesn’t seem to have anything other than marrying the uninteresting dull son from a celebrity family, and now he isn’t even part of that anymore, he is just a dull American guy married to a pushy woman.
This couple is like the stage moms trying to push their little no talent daughters into the kid’s beauty pageants, pushy, and desperate but with no real product.
I wonder when will Harry the Eunuch ever get tired of her.
I’d been vaguely aware of how the Left supported key players. But it really hit home when practically everyone who served with the Clinton presidency got book contracts, no-show jobs, cushy consulting gigs, etc. I read an article on how the book contracts work. Since the FBI’s Abscam scandal where they had someone pretend to be a Saudi oil prince and they photographed politicians stuffing their clothes with bundles of hundred-dollar bills, the influence game became all about book contracts. Need something in a bill or regulation? Contact the personal aide of the politician and work out the details. Then, the aide will set up a meeting with a publisher. A, say, five-million-dollar bribe becomes a six-million-dollar book contract. The publisher pockets an easy one million and gives the politician a five-million-dollar book contract. The politician hires a ghost writer, and you get “It Takes a Village.”
itll be the other way around....once shes squeezed all she can, the Duchess of Netflix will boot him to the curb. I just hope the Royals tell him to get bent when he comes crawling back...
I just have to say it. That gold get up that Markle wore for her big award in NYC was hideous and she looked awful in it.

I think they signed her up because she was dishing dirt and creating news hating on Harry’s family.
Those days are over because Harry’s family has basically disowned them and won’t let them back in the inner circle in any way. They are done. Get a job Harry so when she dumps your balding butt you have something to set you apart.
Other than that she is pretty much a legend in her own mind and boring.
I really wonder about people who are willing to pay to hear them whine. There’s enough whining to go around that’s free.
