Because COVID-19 vaccines are no longer being distributed by the federal government, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has stopped printing those little white vaccine cards that were once so ubiquitous during the COVID pandemic.
The cards' discontinuation isn't expected to be a big change, as experts say it’s unlikely we’ll return to the era when COVID vaccine cards functioned like IDs to enter restaurants, see a show or board an international flight.
So can we now finally clean out our wallets and say sayonara to those little white cards? Here's what experts told Yahoo Life earlier this summer.
Do COVID vaccine cards matter?
Dr. David Buchholz, senior founding medical director of Columbia Primary Care and assistant professor of pediatrics at Columbia University, tells Yahoo Life he doesn’t think COVID vaccine cards matter anymore.
“There's probably a couple of reasons why they don't matter anymore,” he says. “First of all, no one's ever asking [for COVID vaccine cards] anymore for entry into any sort of public area. The second piece is: COVID-19 is no longer a novel virus, and so starting this fall, I think there's going to be this expectation that everyone gets a booster once a year, just like we do for flu shots. For those of us who have gotten like six shots, it’s probably no longer necessary for presentation to anyone other than maybe your doctor.”

I USED to believe that when fooled us into thinking it was Black Death 2. I got it six weeks ago and it is one-tenth as bad as the flu.
Save the card if you were forced to take the VAX. It may be evidence in lawsuits you may need to take against those who forced it on you (the government, your employer, etc).
I’ve got a few ideas what they can do with it...

Oh, save the card! It’s a monument to human indignity and will be as curious a relic to future generations as WWII ration cards are today.
Covid was never a ‘novel’ virus and the entire mask/vaccine mandates and lockdowns was never need.
This is probably a good idea, though I doubt any of us will ever see restitution for having been forced.
Pin it to your mask as an extra virtue signal.

one of the common-cold virii is a coronavirus. I read a small study that showed those previously exposed to the common cold coronavirus had durable resistance (80% RRR) to SARS2.
A lot of people were forced under threat of job loss. They had spines and brains, too - but they also had mortgages, kids, bills to pay, etc.
Should they all have just quit their jobs so they could be as ‘virtuous’ as you are?
