I wonder if more has not been done in Russia to remove Putin because certain oligarchs are making a fortune skimming from all the new military expenditures and arms contracts. Perhaps Putin is even making these grandiose plans so they can skim and be happy. At the same time he is not increasing his personnel buildup because he really doesn’t care if the troops are killed or not or the arms destroyed or not. How much of all this is being paid for by Russian taxpayers?
