Ingenuity Reestablishes Communications

On Saturday, Jan. 20, communications were reestablished between Ingenuity and NASA’s Perseverance rover. The Ingenuity team has determined the helicopter is power-positive and is sitting vertically on the surface. Next steps include running further diagnostic checks, commanding Ingenuity to take photos of its location on the surface, and performing a spin test.
The Flight Log has not been updated to Flight 72 yet.
Has the rover found the American flag that Armstrong put on Mars yet? (typed in my best Sheila Jackson Lee voice)

Remember the poor quality of the audio? Neil actually said,
“That’s one small step for Marvin..”
The selective colorized imagery then fooled everyone into thinking that they had landed on the Moon.
It could be that those Moon Landing hoax people are on to something after all. 🤫
