For Comparison in 2020 the US murder rate per 100,000 was around 6. In South Africa the African National Congress (ANC), a black communist organization, waged a terrorist war against Apartheid. After the government handed power to the ANC the murder rate fell until the ANC destroyed the economy and then the crime became rampant and the murder rate began to rise again.

South Africa has a population of 57.5 million people (vs. USA's 337 million). In 2020 the US had 21,570 murders for a rate of 6.5 per 100,000 residents.
