(Chicago) Mayor Brandon Johnson is assuring the masses of illegal migrants in the Windy City that if they run out of funds on their taxpayer-supplied debit cards, they can simply start robbing American citizens and cut out the middleman.

“So when those funds run out, I fully expect citizens to continue helping noble, upstanding migrants voluntarily or, by force if necessary,” Johnson continued. “Let it be known that this administration will not tolerate theft and violence from Chicago residents and citizens, but we will quickly turn a blind eye if a needy migrant feels the need to take something he or she needs to survive.
