Thanks to a rare unscripted moment for Hillary Clinton, the Democrats’ big secret is out: It’s not only President Donald Trump and his supporters who loath immigrants knocking at our doors. Too many Democrats also reject “migration,” she reminds us.
How could I forget?
Before Bill Clinton was president, we were called Cuban refugees.
Even during the unruly Mariel boatlift of 1980 that brought 125,000 people to South Florida during Jimmy Carter’s presidency, it remained so. But as Clinton faced the challenge of thousands of Cubans taking to the seas in rickety homemade rafts — 35,000 by the exodus’ end — we became “migrants,” so named by his administration. Haitian refugees, too, fleeing bloody regimes and poverty earned the title, both groups intercepted at sea and detained at newly erected refugee camps at the Navy base in in Guantanamo, Cuba.
Migrant, a word coined by government types to lump together people fleeing for their lives, has a flightiness to it that I detest. It implies people in desperate circumstances have a choice to make — and they choose the convenience of fleeing. It is not so.
But most of all, this vague word keeps privileged, safe people detached from the view of life being sucked out of others.
With a vocabulary stripped from humanity, you can talk about “the migration issue,” as Hillary Clinton has done in an interview....

Fabiola wants to talk about what she said, her true feelings are finally out, they went from refugees to migrants, blah blah blah blah blah, f*cking blah. Anyone that wants to know how liberals and the Left feel about illegals aliens, legal aliens, refugees, H1B visa holders, just go to their neighborhoods. They are the WHITEST most stuck up neighborhoods, in every city in America. Hipsters and soccer moms that don’t have to live with the consequences of the liberal policies they pretend to support.
I’m curious to know if Fabiola is an anchor baby or is she a 3rd generation product of one?

Cubans think very highly of themselves. Nobody else does, especially other Hispanics.
Years ago, I worked in a Air Force office with four Latinos (a Cuban, a Puerto Rican, a Mexican and a Columbian)....all second-generation American. None of the four could socialize with another. None of them could self-identify as Latino and just laughed over the Air Force attempt to have ‘Latino Day’.
Democrats hate but virulently hate foreigners who are intelligent and successful.
In community college the administration would give the cold shoulder to enthusiastic foreign students and always seek out the Obama PC types who were absolutely incompetent but practical if you wanted to be “the profeasor”.
If illegal aliens voted Republican, Nancy Pelosi would be on the border with a machinegun!

We in FL think very highly of the Cubans... they help us against the damn northeastern liberals and Michiganders that keep moving down here.
According to several sources, what Clinton said was Europe has to stop mass immigration because it is giving those horrible conservatives an election winning issue. (Why Europe? It’s a triangulation policy trial balloon intended to avoid triggering a bad reaction in the US.) She isn’t against uncontrolled immigration because it is bad for civilization. No, it’s because it is causing the Trumpsters in the world to win elections. The implication to me is that once the liberals win elections they can begin the mass migrations again.

They all hate each other. They all think the ones from whatever country they’re not from are sub-human. Spaniards hate all of them. The Cubans think they’re superior to everyone. Dominican’s hate Puerto Ricans. Puerto Ricans hate Costa Ricans. But, everyone hate the Mexican’s.
How quickly people forgot Clinton’s “wet feet, dry feet” policy.
If a Republican had implemented that policy and a Cuban had drowned as a result (which happened under Clinton), the press would make sure no one ever forgot.

Yes, this is exactly what Hillary was alluding to: democrats will win elections if they shut-up about flooding our country will illegal aliens.
They need to leave the immigration issue behind until November 2020 to disengage Trumpsters.
Yes she’s running but where? I almost wonder if she’s thinking of running to fill the Merkel void in Germany. Muslim takeover is on it’s way to completion. Hillary could escape the US and be a president, all she has to do is give some lip service to the Germans who are waking up and are pissed. That could be what her recent statements are about. BTW as long as I am posting, I hope the US is trolling the German universities for bright prospects to get green cards to. Would love to see us fostering more European skilled immigrants.
