Brit Hume delivers his reaction to Sunday's FOX News town hall event for Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg. Hume said it will be "interesting" to see how Buttigieg measures up to former Vice President Joe Biden if they are on the same debate stage together.
"I think Pete Buttigieg is the most impressive by far candidate in terms of just raw political talent in the Democratic field. And he may be the most impressive candidate I've seen since the emergence of Barack Obama," Hume said Monday.
"Just in terms of being comfortable with himself and being fast on his feet and I think in the debates it will be interesting how he stacks up. It will be interesting to see how Joe Biden -- much more experienced, older, now leading -- compares with him if they're on the same stage together," Hume added.

Sorry, Bootyplug’s a communist in the mold of his parents and there is NOTHING impressive about any communist, no matter how glib, articulate, clean and well-groomed.
I hardly think that was the fault of Britt Hume. I agree the Buttigieg should be attacked but not Britt Hume. You might need him next time. All attacking Britt Hume does is confuse the message and cause any careful reader to reject legitimate criticism of Buttigieg because the criticism of Britt Hume is entirely unwarranted.
All attacking Britt Hume does is destroy our credibility.
Just like many in the GOP-e, he spent more time attacking Trump than he did attacking Obama.

I think he means in terms of IQ, resume and articulacy, not that he agrees with what Pete wants to do with the country.

I agree. All this means is out of the 20 something candidates running, Mayor Pete is the most consistent in his messaging, albeit it’s left wing messaging. In 2020, the election will be about Socialism vs Individual Liberty. Socialism is not going to win.
There are a ton of influential people pushing Mayor Pete because he is gay. It is that simple. He has a “husband”, was in the military reserve, served in Afghanistan and does not lisp. If he wins, is made veep or is even taken seriously, it will be a huge victory for the acceptance of gays in American society. That is what this is all about IMO. So when you see people pushing him, there is very likely a gay connection, whether it is personal, family or just ideological.
Brit obviously favors gay candidates.
