On how many threads did you post this today?
OUTSTANDING RESEARCH!: I would let Drudge and Rush know of your annihilation of the completely false report and these pictures which truly speak for themselves.
Just like Volkswagen is pronounced "FOLKS-vah-gen."
Really. ;-)
This is one heck of an awful article.
They still can't deny the fact that they ordered two lunches and the Kerry camp won't deny that they were for Kerry and Edwards. The best they can come up with is "we have lots of mouths to feed."
That indicates to me that the food was for Kerry and Edwards. If it were not, the campaign would have directly denied it instead of using circular logic to try to get around it.
As for the poshness of the restaurant or whether they tossed the food literally or not....who gives a rat's behind. The menu sounds pretty posh to me, regardless of whether the food cost only 8 dollars per order or not.
I am just surprised that the only folks who called to check were Fox News.
It shows they are journalists. The Telegraph didn't call...Newsmax didn't call.
But Fox did.
I have to respect that.

Make sure to say Freeper Adam_az found it!
Nice work Adam.
Ah yes, the humble Yacht Club where all the savy truck drivers eat.
Unfortunately, I am from that carpet baggers state. That wench. I am so sorry to have to admit that thunder thighs is one of NY's senators. I will never ever say thunder thighs is MY senator, though. Never.
Two places I recommend if you are so inclined,
Cena 2000
and the Blue Martini.
Blue Martini does an awesome clam chowder in a bread loaf.
My B/F and I do lunch there and for lunch and two drinks and a tip we are under $50.
It's not diner food and your drinks (Usually martini's) are really two or three drinks by the time you empty the shaker.
Hm, the reporter makes it sound like Rush just made up the story out of thin air! How very odd of this reporter to do that. (not)
But now Kerry and Edwards are being portrayed as snooty eaters who snubbed the Wendy's fare in favor of gourmet meals.
Well, that's just odd, too! Why would that be, I wonder:
He's At It Again: Kerry's Food Flip-Flop In Milwaukee
excerpt:
When John Kerry was campaigning in Milwaukee, he spiced his speech with crowd-pleasing references to local culinary landmarks. He said that he "sure better find some baby backs over there at Speed Queen Bar-B-Q and a double-dip vanilla at Leon's. And if I don't get there, I'm in trouble."
But, he didn't get there. The manager at Speed Queen, a serious BBQ joint in a rough part of time, first pointed out that they serve spare-ribs, not babybacks. But that he never showed up. Crowds gathered at Leon's frozen custard stand in anticipation of his visit. (President Clinton did, but was a few cents short in paying the bill.) But Kerry never showed. Instead, he ate at the ritzy Pieces of Eight on the lakefront, dining on filet mignon with potatoes and asparagus.
~snip~
Yeah, I read the story about Milwaukee. Kerry is a very spoiled man, I'm afraid. He also apparently thinks he is bullet-proof from media criticism.
Actually, I predict the fact that Kerry and Edwards are deceitful about where they are eating and intend to eat will be a pattern we will continue to see throughout their campaign.
So Mr. Cannon here is trying to defend the Wendy's Trashing libral ticket, but say it was excusable because the were supporting a local resturant? Oy!
Just looks like the greasy spoon described in the article.(/sarcasm)
Whew the bounds the liberal press will go to lie for the demos.
bump
A local restaurant, whose owner "Tends to lean left"...
I can bet you a meal at one of the finer restaurants around here, that if Nikolas owner/chef tended to lean RIGHT and it were Bush we were talking about, this story would read a whole lot more differently.
They could have at least donated their unopened and uneaten burgers to the homeless whom they covet so much
Since when can anyone get even ONE of the above items for 8 bucks>>?? MODEST DISCOUNT MY A##!!
Just noticed that little nugget. Maybe there has been a backlash of the kerry charade and thus this article in the liberal rag.
