It is time we demand our leaders win elections without degrading what is true and good in their contenders character. John Kerry is the kind of Military Leader that Hollywood makes movies about. Caught up in maneuvers that were losing propositions day after day, he turned them around and created a maneuver that won the day. We need a Commander in Chief that can do this for us today.
George Bush is paying lip service to distancing himself from the degradation of Kerry's heroic past. This is not the action of a decisive Commander in Chief, this is the action of a weasel, slithering his way into position anyway he can. This must stop!

Perhaps it's time that Kerry did the first honorable 180 of his career and released his military records. (I suspect he can't handle the truth. He certainly doesn't seem to know how to tell it.)
