It's even worse than i imagined. And John Kerry says he defended his country as a young man, they are even applauding him when he says he was wounded 3 times.
Now I know why the Swiftvets resent those damn medals.
I saw it and read the transcript when C-SPAN played it before. Later when he answers questions, Kerry says he doesn't think very many South Vietnamese will need sanctuary--doesn't expect mass reprisals from the Communists.
It's worth about minus 25 percent here in flyover country.
My brother hugged me right before he left when he got called back in for his specialty during Storm (they ended up keeping him at Polk for two weeks {because it was over by the time is duty date came} and sent him home).
Where's my Purple Heart...I think I may have gotten a bruise. I'm not sure...but I can say its seared in my mind.
All kidding aside, I remember the day well. I remember when he came back and he was let down that they called them off. At the same time...he was proud to say that his buddes were so effective that there was not work left after a couple of weeks.
They just played some lib college student saying how what Kerry said goes along with what his liberal history teacher told him.
The student sounds like a foreigner. The history teacher sounds like he needs his a-- kicked.
Apparently he didn't think much of them either, of course he threw them before he kept them, right?
He said his history professor's brother actually brought home heads of the vietames in a jar.

Did anyone else hear the narrator from C-Span cut in...and then it sounded like they jumped to another part of the testimony?
Did I hear that right?
What would they edit out? I thought they were playing the whole thing? If someone else was speaking who was with Kerry, I want to know what that scumbag lied about too.
So far, mostly kerry supporters calling in.
Looks like the DNC talking points went out to callers.
Some idiot lib just called in and says these tapes show the the Swift Vets lied about what Kerry said.
Perhaps somebody should mail this lib a transcript. And highlight some stuff out for him.
Thing that was bothering me was his pronunciation of Genghis "Jenjhis" Khan.....I always thought the G's were hard. Turns out it's apparently Jen-Gis.....neither of us were right! I hate his stupid snotty Mass accent anyhow!
Not one veteran has called in to speak against kerry.
I have been trying to get in on the Bush supporter line....
So if they don't play any Bush Supporters...
Oh, a Bush supporter just called in and mentioned how Cspan edited the tapes.....so I guess they did skip something. But that stuff would be in the Congressional record.
Just called Kerry self serving.
Now another Vet who disagrees with Kerry.
