About Those Discrepancy in Votes...
11/07/04 | paudio

Posted on 11/07/2004 5:14:45 AM PST by paudio

The whole Saturday we read how the Dems tried to 'prove' that in the states with certain kind of voting machine, the actual votes were very different from the Exit Polls. Some of them even provided graphs to see the discrepancy.

The problem is that these people simply relied on the earlier waves of Exit Polls which came out at 2:00pm and 4:00pm. These are the ones that, for whatever reasons, really skewed to Kerry. The final exit polls, however, provided totally different pictures. Interestingly, they give quite similar to the actual results. At least, that is according to the exit poll results listed in CNN website.

I calculated the percentages for Bush and Kerry in Exit Polls for several 'battle ground' states that the Dems tried to "prove", and compared it with the actual results. As I mentioned above, they're quite similar:

PA. Actual: Bush (49%) vs Kerry (51%), Exit Poll result: Bush (48%) vs Kerry (51%)

NH. Actual: Bush (49%) vs Kerry (50%), Exit Poll result: Bush (49%) vs Kerry (50%)

NM. Actual: Bush (50%) vs Kerry (49%), Exit Poll result: Bush (50%) vs Kerry (49%)

FL. Actual: Bush (52%) vs Kerry (47%), Exit Poll result: Bush (51%) vs Kerry (48%)

OH. Actual: Bush (51%) vs Kerry (49%), Exit Poll result: Bush (51%) vs Kerry (49%)

So, next time you read somewhere about this issue, please be assured that either the Dem is lying or s/he is not informed about these numbers...

Hope you're right. The DUmmies are being told by their insider DUmmies that the Kerry campaign will announce a challenge for fraud, just as soon as their lawyers cook up some evidence. They really believe this is being prepared, and that the issue will burst forth in the media in a week or two.

Don't worry. If they want to make a case, it is not going to be based on this. I did the calculation because I was looking at their graphs and found them strange. They're still using the first wave of XP to create the graph. In PA, for instance, Kerry got 60% and Bush got less than 40%...

If they do, I think "Middle America" will tear them apart.

I hope the Donks whine and cry about voting machines for the next four years. That way they will not engage in any introspection and improve their chances in '08.

He Donks! Diebold is owned by a 'Pubbie operative! Spread the word!

a freeper posted a story about exit pollers skipping him and a police officer, and only interviewing women. that would skewer the numbers, for sure.

I also read an article over there that said in Palm beach county, 88,000 more votes were recorded than were possible for the number of people that voted.

But they didn't give any numbers for which way the race went, so it was unclear which way the fraud was directed. (If it indeed was fraud.)

There is a poster over there calling herself 'Bev" and she has a site called Black Box or something and she is soliciting donations so she can carry on the fight. She is promising blockbuster revelations but warns the information is difficult to access and will be released slowly as it becomes available. She says the contributions being made are critical to her keeping the investigation going. This is a scam of the worst kind. She is taking emotionally distraught people and preying on their vulnerability.

Also, what really amuses me about the whole thing is that the 'fraud' to which they are refering all has to do with electronic voting machines.

This all came about as the result of the paper ballots being a conspiricy by Repubs to disenfranchise minority voters.

Now they complain about no paper trail. I suppose the new manra will be that conservatives took away the paper ballots to disenfranchise minoirty voters. We can spend the next couple of decades going back and forth.

You can't buy entertainment like this.

The Dems are also ignoring that early exit polls had Bush losing in NC, SC, and VA. There was no way he was going to lose in SC in particular. This is GOP country. Hollings was our last holdout in national office and now he's gone. Kerry lost by 17 points when it was all said and done.

I've said it before. I'll say it again, this all part of the grieving process. Currently they are experiencing denial. Hold tight, we've got six more stages to go through with these nuts.

That in itself should be a red-flag signal to you...when the Marxist-stream Media don't say who did something wrong, it's a DemonRAT that got caught, or a the DEmonRATs benefitting.

Had it been an (R), it would have been in the headlines.

Frankly, I am glad to see the folks at DU persuing this.

And I am very happy to see the democrats reponse to Bush's and the republicans major wins on Tuesday.

Because, it shows they are not really concerned about addressing the ROOT CAUSE of the problem. And until they do address the root cause of the problem, the democratic party will continue their slow death spiral into "minor opposition party" status here in the US. It's not just this election. Look back to what the democrats controlled in 1980 vs today. There has been a major party shift in this country over the last 25 years.

From what I've read/heard, a lot of ThugDems are saying that their leftist message wasn't "clear" enough since Kerry did so much waffling towards the "center". So their solution is to clarify their leftist message, make it more loud and clear.

I totally support them in that goal.

:-)

I agree what she is doing is despicable. But you know what? These people NEED to be kept making fools of, until they grow some brains. I have no sympathy for those who waste their money on this nonsense. After all, they are trying to "overthrow the election results" as they have often accused us of doing.
