If it's true (and accepted by Activist Judge to go ahead), this will be the trial of the year... if not of the century... Imagine, everybody can sue the election winner on the ground loosing is bad for his/her health...

There’s nothing crazy about wanting the President of the United States to be a Democrat.

Blatantly, provably false statement. I'm assuming this article isn't satire, right? These people are so crazy I can hardly tell any more.

The title is "stranger than fact". I doubt it's real...just realistic.

"But the cost of openness forced Moonraker’s into bankruptcy. Faced with unending litigation, Moonraker’s went out of business last January. Former President and CEO Pete Luna said, "I’d always assumed that if we went out of business it would be because we couldn’t compete with Starbucks."

This is satire folks. "Moonraker's"? "Pete Luna"?

So, the President is a "baby-killer"? Would this make her a pro-life democrat, somehow I doubt it.

Just another demo-commie on the malingering dole scam. If she were truly disabled she would be thankful someone is paying her for her inablity to work. I have news for her, klintoon's former USDOL did everything in it's power to harass, deny, intimidate bonafide disabled federal workers from receiving workmans comp. Their tactics ranged from constant surveillance, losing the worker's medical reports confirming a disablity, and numerous appointment with Doctors who would opin disabled workers were fit for duty. These doctors were sent numerous disabled workers for evaluations so that the USDOL could refuse compensation and those medical opinists to enrich their prevaricating medical pockets. I will say her vision of democratic president is as looney as her mental state. This law suit will not succeed and shows the intellect of a kerry supporter. P.S. under klintooon, the case workers who obstructed and kept legitimate disabled workers from receiving (WC) often received cash incentives at the end of the fiscal year for exceptional performance appraisals. I just wanted my fellow Freepers to know how things are with a klown(Demo) in office.

It's a satire. I was thinking it was real until I read that she received tens of millions for a coffee addiction. That seemed unbelievable. Then I noticed that the owner of Moonraker's Coffee was a Mr. "Luna," which just happens to mean . . . 'moon' in Spanish.

This can't be a real article. Nobody is this ridiculously stupid. Not even a Democrat.

I think we should allow for the possibility that the author of this article was not being entirely serious...

This is a joke, but since I have been in this area oh so many times, I can imagine it happening.

Time to see the shrink near her sister Sheila down in Boca.

Barbi Weiner, a third grade teacher currently on disability, is suing the Republican party for having taken an active role in returning George Bush to the White House, a circumstance that resulted in Ms. Weiner suffering a nervous collapse last Nov.8th as she crossed West 72nd Street. "I looked up and saw the WestSideWaffle! sign with its big red 'W’s,'" she says. "And I realized it was true – he won. Then I started thinking about my life and I realized that I couldn’t go on living in a country where a war-mongering baby-killer holds the highest office in the land. I guess I lost it."

I have mixed emotions.

Part of me is outraged at the state of tort law in Murrica.

Part of me is overjoyed that the election caused (yet another) liberal to have a complete nervous breakdown.

:o)

After I win this suit I’m going to go after all the people who voted for this war criminal. If voting for a terrorist doesn’t violate the Patriot Act, I don’t know what does."

LOL. While it is a satire it is still too close to the truth! I get a kick out of reading the local letters to the editor. They are still clueless.
