Liberals couldn't be any more stupid if they tried...

I think this is more about intellectual laziness than stupidity. It's much easier to blame an inanimate object (which you can then delude yourself into thinking you can control) than to confront the reality of evil in fellow human beings. Liberals almost universally refuse to acknowledge evil, except in the most extreme cases, which is why they often describe murderers as being "sick" and other criminals as having made a "mistake."

BOMB WILLIAMSBURG! Sadly, these foppish metrosexuals are taking over nearby Greenpoint as well.

One would think that witnessing the murder of his fiancee would send this schmuck a wake up call and he would maybe understand that in this world, there are good people and evil people. It isn't "the system" or the "availability of guns" that CAUSE a criminal to perpetrate a murder. It is evil, plain and simple. No amount of regulation on guns or change of a perceived "system" will stop a cold heart from committing evil deeds.

"Mr. Sparks was farther up the block when Ms. duFresne confronted the attackers."

What a man. BTW, anybody, what does any of this have to do with Churchill?

When women hang around girly-boys, its the women who die. So much for feminized men and equality.

Rah! Let's hear it ladies! A blow for equality! Chivalry is sexist. Down with the patriarchy!

I have to confess I had this thought as I was reading the account...any chance this Sparks guy had something to do with the attack? I mean beyond his supposedly knee-jerk liberal reaction to it wasn't this kid's fault...and the murder victim was against capitol punishment. According to the fiance's account, she certainly wasn't about confronting two guys with weapons? And what is this guy doing walking so far ahead of his woman in a danderous situation? I am somehow having a lot of trouble believing his is the normal reaction of a 28 year old in love with his fiance. I keep remembering the rage of the son the Mel Gibson character in THE PATRIOT..when the love of HIS life is murdered. Something just doesn't feel right...beyound the dumb thinking. But I may be overly suspicious...but maybe not?

With his response I would look for a connection between him and the shooter, if I were police, that is.

A-Ha! I stated in another post on this subject that it would be just a matter of time before they got around to blaming the rest of us (society) for this thug's problems.

It materialized much faster than I had thought possible, with the added bonus of coming from the victim's camp! Cripes! I'm too young to be this cynical and jaded already, but it feels good to be right, LOL!

Yeah really. We have to be understanding of black criminals. Its a perverse form of reparations to the liberal mind.

This guy is typical of the young liberals that infest Wiliamsburg, Brooklyn and are starting to infect Greenpoint. They are spineless and their women don't seem to mind.

Women have lowered the expectations of men. Or rather I think its the other way around. Women are expected to act like men and men should see what feels like to be a woman for a change. Welcome to the new affirmative action.

>Where do these brainwashed sheep come from?<

You guessed it - the public school system and "higher" academe. But I doubt this crud-muffin got that far, so it must be the parent's fault. It couldn't possibly be his, could it? I wonder what she saw in him.
