January 29, 2005 -- These are the thugs cops are seeking in connection with the senseless murder of an aspiring actress and playwright gunned down on a Lower East Side street in a botched robbery. Cops believe the white-hooded man fired the single fatal shot into Nicole DuFresne's chest. The bullet pierced the Minnesota native's heart and a lung, police sources said. Police yesterday released images from a surveillance camera showing five men and two women walking a block from where, just five minutes later, DuFresne, 28, was killed at Clinton and Rivington streets.

I have a question: how can the police even say that to the press at this time? They have not even apprehended and questioned one of the suspects? Moreover, how can they say that a crime by 4 blacks on 4 whites had not a modicum of racial bias?

That's a great question. I've noticed that this is the way the media and many police depts. handle it when the crime doesn't fit the 'hate crimes agenda'. When it does fit, all hell breaks loose.

Here's my bet: 1) They'll get ratted out by their "homies" for a reward, 2) they'll have trials which will drag on for a couple of years, 3)they'll get a slap on the wrist and probation, 4) within a decade most of them will be dead from drugs or violence, 5) any survivors will be in prison for other violent offenses.
Or, maybe a relative will recognize them and happily drop a dime on them--anonymously.

I would guess it is extremely unlikely they were raised in a Christian home. It is fairly likely that someone in their family would claim to be Christian.
The black Christians at my church are incredible for their enthusiasm and outright joy towards the Lord.
What alarms them, however, is the increasing number of African-American men who have turned to radical Islam.
It also shows how effective gun control is at controlling violent crime. New York City has very draconian gun control, but murders still happen.
One would think gun control is completely ineffective.
This actress is about as left wing as you can get.
Still, it's a shame that she didn't have a chance to straighten herself out before she died.
