Great minds!

I hope he loses more than some sleep over this; Souter and his like-minded Justice peers deserve to lose the homes they never considered 'at risk' in their decision. . .

What goes around comes around Mr. Souter. Did you ever stop to think about the fact that maybe someone would just take you at your word, accept your approval of taking your home, and build a new hotel on it? Well, welcome to America Mr. Souter, the land for the taking and the home of the totally incompetent judicial opinions the world has ever seen. Welcome home sir, see what happens when you tamper with a document that has withstood the test of time..namely the US Constitution? Seems the worm has turned indeed...

Merry Christmas.

Careful, don't invest until you know the deal is sealed and binding. The guy might just run off with your money all in the name of one of the best scams this nation has ever seen.

If it puts the fear of abusive government power into the hearts and minds of the "Supremes", as our founding fathers would have intended, it would still be money well spent.

This could lead to a hellava lot of Judges and Pols. having their property taken for "worthwhile" projects. Bring it on!

"I realize there is a contradiction, but we're only going to use it against people who advocated" the Kelo decision, Clements told WND. "Therefore, it's a case of retaliation, not initiation."

I wouldn't have referred to it as retaliation. I'm sure the courts will consider it harassment.

They reap what they sow. They have understand that the law applies to them as well. And if you ask me any justice who makes a decision like this, giving his legal okie dokie to anyone and everyone to come in and seize his or her property, is not qualified in any way whatsoever to sit on the Supreme Court of the United States of America. This one decision has proven for all time and eternity that they are indeed unqualified for the job. Imagine, giving away the farm and that being of all things your own farm. Talk about failing the litmus test. These judges need to get a "real" day job.

Stop resurrecting threads.
There are more current threads than the ones you have hit.
That is considered poor etiquette and also puts trheads into the sidebar that don't belong there.
THEN everyone finds out the thread is old, and hunts down the idiot who resurrected the thread.
And the Sidebar mods then have to perform gross contortions to remove old threads from the sidebar.
As underappreciated and ignored as the Sidebar Mods are, we tend to prefer to keep them from having to look like a mod pretzel to do their jobs.
