The mayor, the gov, and those who stayed have nobody to blame but them selves
I believe Drudge got this by way of a WBT-Charlotte fill-in host named Tara Servacius (sp?). She found the article on Lexis-Nexis, and she added that the city of NO made DVDs containing the video.
Time for another cut-n-paste of flooded buses!
What will happen, once the security is guaranteed against the next level 5 hurricane, is thay many old neighborhoods will becaome gentrified. Blacks won't rebuild, they don't have to; the government is supposed to take care of them. The rebuilding will be done by Mexican who will rebuild and stay.
The helpless, passive blacks will vote as the dems tell them, the Mexicans won't. So, maybe, Katrina has flushed a filthy dem stronghold and will turn it into a much less corrupt city.
Which will strenghten conservatives/republicans in the 2006 elections and Hitlery goes the way of the DoDo bird.
"Attention fellow New Orleansians:
There is a Category 5 storm going to hit here in 2 days. Winds of over 145 MPH. Could flood the entire city. Gonna kill you if you stay. Get out, now. For your future safety, we are going to put all our buses in storage to protect them from the storm. If you are old, in a nursing home, crippled, infirm or unable to evacuate on your own, you will need to call a taxi or hitchhike to safe ground."
Good luck....Mayor Nagin

"New Orleans TIMES-PICAYUNE ran a story"
Do they honestly believe the majority of these folks read the article. I bet alot of these people are illiterate. I am not being sarcastic with that comment either.
The illiteracy rates in New Orleans were very high.
NEW ORLEANS FLASHBACK: OFFICALS WARNED RESIDENTS 'YOU'LL BE ON YOUR OWN'
Thats true but newspapers telling them that cost 50 whole cents and they didn't own TV's to hear it until AFTER the hurricane so the peoples in New Orleans didn't know they were suppose to get out.
I guess the editorial staff doesn't read their own paper.
And I can't blame them. It a rag.
Media Bias BUMP
The people who LIVE New Orleans know, or should know, that a levee can give way at any time.
The people who LIVE on the Gulf Coast know, or should know, to get the hell out of Dodge when a hurricane approaches.
The people who LIVE on the Gulf Coast and in a below-sea-level city in particular should be prepared for this kind of 'disaster'.
People everwhere know, or should know, that Mother Nature is in charge and will eventually win out.
Only arrogant fools think they can sit around and expect divine providence, the tooth fairy, or President Bush, to save them from their own unadulturated arrogance.
music to the ears of the predatory class no doubt
bttt
Democrats whine without stopping, never taking responsibility for their own actions or lack of. The more they whine the sicker people are of them. Sick enough to get to the ballot box and make sure they never run this country again.
I thought you might be interested in this. Might be an answer to your Red Cross question.
The evacuation, storm, and aftermath go exactly as planned by local and state officials, but somehow it's the feds that have been slow to respond.
"The mayor, the gov, and those who stayed have nobody to blame but them selves."
They didn't stay. They both ran away and now they are looking for a scapegoat.
What is funny is they will both be reelected.
