See my whole post. When it is strained and forced, multiculturalism is ridiculous. But I am all for being around people of all stripes. Though I bet there are many around here that only want to be around folks who agree with them politically and religiously.

We are moving towards a dictatorship of relativism which does not recognize anything as for certain and which has as its highest goal one's own ego and one's own desires.

A famous man once observed that "Licentiousness destroyes order, and when chaos ensues, the yearning for order will destroy freedom."

Liberty is freedom within moral limits; licentious is "if it feels good do it" anything goes.

Can someone really, seriously explain to me why Multiculturalism is a bad thing. We live in a world of many religions, customs and beliefs. I remember when "political correctness" was called having respect.

Simply put, multiculturalism holds that the truth claims and morals from all cultures are equal, except judeo-Christian truth claims and morals - which are not to be tolerated. Multiculturalism is only a secondary problem. The number one problem is MORAL RELATIVISM. If there is no right and wrong, except what I feel is right or wrong, then I can do whatever I want. Of course, intolerance is the only thing that is wrong in moral relativism. All viewpoints are equally valid except the christian one.

I'm right there with you on this one! Reading this article was sickening, and it makes me personally want to end the life of those individuals that have caused so much harm to so many innocent children.

Can someone really, seriously explain to me why Multiculturalism is a bad thing. We live in a world of many religions, customs and beliefs. I remember when "political correctness" was called having respect.

A very simple review of recent history will show that prior to WW II most people lived their entire lives within a few miles at most of the very square foot of land on which they were born. After the war enormous strides in technology along with great upheavals in the geopolitical landscape made immigration and migration of people of all races and creeds possible.

In the distant past cultures and faiths were limited in their spread and corruption by the difficulties of travel. The time necessary to overcome vast distances and geographical obstructions made the spread of culture or faith slow and usually involved military conquest to be effective.

Today inexpensive travel and lax immigration policies in the west has made the spread of alien cultures into the west simple. Along with popular cultures insistence on tolerance for foreign culture infiltration ideas alien to western culture has diluted thousands of years of evolved culture which contain the philosophy property rights, freedom of expression, and Christian values.

Many would make much of the “Melting Pot” idea of the United States. While there is a bit of truth to this notion it does not mean what those today wish to make of it. The United States has had waves of immigration between which there have been backlashes against emigration, which caused restrictions to be placed on immigration. These periods of restriction allowed time for the assimilation of the immigrants into the larger society. Aiding this assimilation was the fact that the vast majority of the immigrants had a deep desire to assimilate. Most immigrants did not wish for their children to learn their native language and many punished their children for using the language of the old country. So deep was their desire was for their children to be Americans.

Today’s immigrants are a far cry from those described above. Many of those crossing our boarders today do not come here for the freedom sought by those of the early twentieth century. Many actually despise our freedom. They come with notions of a law given by a sixth century warlord interpreted by religious clerics.

Others come with the idea of reclaiming land lost to the US in past wars by sheer numbers. Most come with no plans to assimilate in to the larger society or that their children will ever assimilate to become “American”. No nation can long survive with out a common culture. With out a common culture, a commonly held set of beliefs there is no cement to hold a society together. With out a common culture amongst the majority chaos will reign.

Moral Absolutes and Homosexual Agenda Two-fer.

Do NOT read this right before or during a meal, and children are not ready for this either. But to avoid the truth because it is "unpleasant" is what got us where we are, so gird your minds and read up.

Linda Kimball says what needs to be said. When sex pleasure, the more perverted the better, is "god" AND those of us who see the evil tolerate it, then we are complicit in the destruction wrought.

The lie that free sex is free has done grievous harm to millions, and not just physcial illness or death. Hearts broken, hearts hardened, consciences dulled, drugs and alcohol abused to stifle the memories and the disgust, and the vast numbers of children either killed before birth or born to unwed mothers - considered "accidents" instead of precious gifts - cannot be estimated.

The sexual revolution has created death, illness, and feral humans who cannot know what real, faithful and loyal marital love is.

Do you think that the facts cited in the article are not facts? IOW, do you think Kinsey, for instance, did not do or say what the writer states? Or that the disease numbers are wrong?

Another name for perversion for Kinsey was "research."

I found this article difficult to read, it's so disturbing. I can recall studying Kinsey in Psych 101, though the kind of details included in this article, were conveniently excluded.

It is difficult to believe other Psychiatrists bought this stuff, though I know it's true. The profession was corrupted long ago.
