Muslims all over the world are outraged over a series of cartoons that have appeared in European newspapers in recent months that feature the prophet Mohammed in ways that suggest he condones terrorism.
Al Jazeera reports, for instance:
"Up to 300 Indonesian Muslims went on a rampage in the lobby of a building housing the Danish embassy in Jakarta on Friday. Shouting 'Allahu Akbar' [God is Greatest], they smashed lamps with bamboo sticks, threw chairs, lobbed rotten eggs and tomatoes and tore up a Danish flag."

I'm still waiting for the uprising of these muslims against terrorism. They claim that the terrorists "aren't following true Islam". Good, then take a stand against the false practitioners of Islam.
Not going to happen. Not now, not ever. Muslims can't criticize the faith of another muslim.
I think it just means the demonically possessed don't have a sense of humor.
I did exactly that yesterday, posted it on a free image-hosting site, and within 24 hours it was yanked. Any suggestions?
Muslims can't criticize the faith of another muslim.
They're just keeping their heads down. No one knows better than a mooslim that that the jihadis are killing other mooslims faster than they're killing anyone else.
...or a Democrat...
Same old MSM misconception. "Allah" is not arabic for god. "Allah" is the NAME of the Arabic god. The Arabic word for "god" is ilah, as repeated in the koran 54 times.
Quran 3:62 This is the true account, the true explanation: There is no Ilah (God) except Allah.
Quran 20:96 Now look at your ilah (god), of whom you have become devoted. We will (burn) it and scatter it in the sea! But your Ilah (God) is Allah: there is no ilah (god) but He. Thus do We relate to you some stories of what happened before from Our own Remembrance.
(And no god who praises himself as much as he either. And who is "we"?)
In fact, before Muhammad stole the name "Allah" for his god, he called his god Ar-Rahman, because the Meccans who were rock worshippers, already called their top rock god "Allah".
The word Allah, is actually a slang word, a contraction of the Arabic "al-ilah ta'ala" which means "the god most high" which in Muhammads time, before he began proclaiming himself a prophet, was shortened to "Allah".
It is no co-incidence that the pagan meccans, as shown in Early Islamic "scripture" walked around using expressions such as "By Allah, We will never believe in your god Ar Rahman, Muhammad".
When Muhammad killed off the meccans (his own kin) He dropped the name Ar-Rahman, and claimed the NAME Allah for his god. It is never mentioned again after that point.
The Islamic god is NOT the same god as the God of the bible.
Quran 59:22 Allah is He, no other Ilah (God) may be worshiped; Who knows both secret and open; He, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. He is Allah, Whom there is no other Ilah (God); the Sovereign, the Holy One, the Source of Security, the Guardian of Faith, the Majestic, the Irresistible, the Superb, the Compeller: Glory to Allah! He is Allah, the Creator, the Evolver, the Bestower of Forms (or Colors). To Him belong the Best Names: whatever is in the heavens and on earth declares His Praises and Glory: and He is the Mighty, the Wise.
And the concieted, full of himself, egomaniac.
**Arab Cartoons Trash 9/11, Holocaust**
Where are their voices of outrage over this? Some of those ridiulous cartoons even picitured God.............if I remember correctly.
LMAO! good one!
Ya think?
The finger of God (supposedly) in the Twin Towers cartoon says it all.
I'll get right on it. :o) Keep your eyes open for it, someone may beat me to it.
Mark 12:28 And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all? 29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: 30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. 31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.
"I do believe that in order to be a Hypocrite, one must first be a Muslim"
The converse... "I do believe that in order to be a Muslim, one must first be a Hypocrite" since there are other varieties of Hypocrites (e.g., all of DU).
