The wages might not be fair, but neither is bankrupting businesses. Even a mega-million company will bankrupt at some point if they keep falling for "minimum wage" and all the other socialist BS being foisted.

But government shouldn't simply decree that companies must pay levels of minimum wage. That's socialistic and anti-Capitalistic. No business can last long if the DEMs keep foisting andincreasing wage bs and all the other machinations of capitalist and liberty destruction they love so much. I'm not saying $1 is fair, but at this point I'll take it.

I didn't say we should have minimum wage. However bringing in wave after wave of cheap labor from Mexico, and thereby breaking our laws and artificially bringing down wages because the government pays for what the illegals don't earn( if you make 5 dollars an hour and have 5 kids, you can't feed them on 5, so Uncle Sam picks up the slack). Its basically big business getting subsidized by the middle class.

If a business cannot survive without subsistence-wage labor subsidized by the taxpayer, then it wins the economic Darwin Award, and needs to go the way of the Dodo. This country does not need to import poverty,

Incrementalism will be the trick. Gradually reform/break unions and give out more ax cuts and reduce spendings. Doing everything cold will probably rwesult in your scenario.

Either out of greed or necessity, what businesses are doing is illegal and dangerous. The circumstances that encourage or provoke them are even more so (unConstitutional taxation and confiscation laws, socilaist intrusion, etc).
