Kerry was probably crying because Teressa told him that he couldn't have any more money to run for President.
Kerry was crying as though he had just won election to Cooperstown. Why the drama? He wasn't going to get nominated anyway.

And Harry Reid was embarrassing. I thought he was going to put on his kneepads and go to a private room.
