We would like clarification of the term 'reasonable doubt'

We would like clarification of the term "impartial and unbiased prosecutor"

The jury also asked Walton if all of Libby's grand jury testimony has to be examined to find him guilty of obstructing justice.

"No", the judge replied, "you can ignore the parts of Libby's testimony that show he is innocent."

David Corn is up to his beady eyeballs in this....he was the one who "outed" Plame first....plus he probably has done some pushing for this prosecution. He'a s despicable person.

Sandy Berger could not remember whether he ate the paper or left it under a trailer when he remembered he took it not once but on all his visits to our archive,. But Scooter has to be perfect with recall or he will go away for a long time.......

If you get a chance, please put me on the SCOOTER PING LIST..I don't want to miss the verdict.

I think it will be a hung jury based on the fact that "most of the jurors wore jeans on Thursday"...this is the goofy jury that 11 wore matching tee shirts on Valentine Day and one did not...course that juror was later excused...so maybe my reasoning is not valid...lol...

If Scooter gets a hung jury, a big victory....in D.C. Remember one of the jurors had Hillary's book autographed after the grand jury appearance in D.C.

Has it ever been determined why Timmy came to court on crutches...I have heard of no medical reason for it and I think he was mocking Scooter who wore crutches early on for legitimate reasons...

"It seems to me the only reason to try a case like this is if Fitz has bought into the whole conspiracy angle."

Clearly, Fitz has done just that. The maddening thing is that there is no testimony to support it, even from his own witnesses. Several reporters testified that Libby never referred to Plame's wife at all; Armitage, the original leaker, was a critic of the war; other reporters testified that Plame's identity was acknowledged only after they specifically asked about her; others said that Plame was mentioned "offhandedly," in passing, with no particular emphasis. And some people - reporters and administration figures - have said that the info about Plame was not considered particularly significant.

This is why Fitz sickens me; his opening and closing remarks relied heavily on creating a scenario for which there is no evidence; quite simply, it is slander.

Speculating there are one or two holdouts seems reasonable. Speculating on which side of the question the holdouts are is simple personal bias.

David Corn seems to be thrilled at the thought of a conviction, even more than the others in the media. What is his involvement in this case, I can't seem to recall.

Corn is tha a--hole who started the whole story going about how the administration tried to punish Wilson by outing his wife. The premise made no sense then and it still doesn't. Corn made that particular accusation up out of thin air.
