I am soooo proud of you and your efforts to defend the honor of those who have given their lives for our freedom.
My husband (familyman6) and I will both be there (just definitely found out we could do it).
Some folks know us, so we'll be recognized.
I haven't been keeping up with these threads, so my apologies if I sound stupid here..... :)
No legitimate question is stupid sounding. ;*)
(I'm assuming that doesn't sound stupid. :)
Would you please add me to the list? Thanks!
My understanding is that there will be a table set up in our main area, Constitution Gardens, just east of the Wall.
Welcome aboard! You've been added to the FReeper "Planning to Attend" list! Thanks for standing up for America!
Weather update folks. As of 1:21AM, Sat, morning, it has been raining, then sleeting, and then snowing. Check your weather forecasts on the Weather Channel, but it will be cold, only up to the low 40's. Good possibility of snow showers.
Ground will be saturated so wear boots, good socks (might need to bring another pair), hats, scarves, gloves, bring food, umbrellas (not the Neville Chamberlain kind), signs (use waterproof inks), flags, and your fighting spirits.
Time to show the commies, their stooges in the mainstream media, and America where the real Americans are.
Max Friedman, Vietnam journalist, 1970, father of OIF soldier, Josh.
I'll be joined by my daughter who has been supporting our troops since 2003.
Name tags are a good idea. make them large enough to read. Some of us older types use glasses and in the rain/snow, they get messy.
Geritol, yes; prune juice - a NO-NO!
