three-member board of the Marine Corps Mobilization Command has recommended an immediate discharge under general conditions for Cpl. Adam Kokesh.

The recommendation is less severe than the “other than honorable” discharge sought by Corps officials against Kokesh, who was accused of disrespecting an officer and wearing a uniform to an Iraq War protest.

The recommendation now goes to the commanding general of the command for a final decision, expected within the next two weeks.

Chow hall food is bad enough without some Clymer doing a hey look at me tantrum. When I was in the Air Force we would have not reacted either as we would have been too busy deciding who would go first in kicking his ass.

Who in hell ever allowed the pos to get promoted beyond private in the first place? My son tells me that the Corps has high standards for promotion.

hey jaz - this guy knew what he was doing and then some. he actually admitted to violating the sanctity of the uniform but felt it was necessary to “parody the Marines”.

He needs a good butt whippin’ by some Marines...

If memory serves, Michael New was awarded a “BCD” for a uniform violation.

If you despise America, “no harm no foul.”

If you love America, “destroy him!”

A five-member panel of civilian judges heard oral arguments in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces regarding the bad conduct discharge given to Army medic Michael New for his refusal to wear the uniform of the United Nations while stationed in Germany in 1995.
