That’s the thing. Supporting a real conservative. Some states just don’t have pols that are conservative. Then, there are some Dems that are more conservative than any RINO. Of course, if you admit to voting for the latter you will be accused of letting down the conservatives by some people on this board, just because you voted for a conservative D instead of a liberal R,

Better than a new party a new caucus would be better..
A partyless direction..

Only Paddy is anti war and not a friend to Israel.
He had his day and so did Perot.
They are from an age that has no reality to the problem of today.

Time to get rid of those who voted for the monstrosity? Of course. Time to build an entirely new political party that has a chance of winning? Of course not. But then, winnoing and advancing the conservative agenda isn’t really the point, is it?

Some would want to exclude:
Masons,Knights of Colombus, Lions, Rotary, Elks, Catholics, Protestants, Jews, Blacks, Whites, Latinos, Asians, the uneducated, over educated, Lawyers, Doctors, Indian Chiefs, drinkers, cussers, bald headed people and the list goes on.
I’m 5 or 6 of those! (6, when I cuss).

Hummmmmmmm The phrase “a giant sucking sound” sounds so familiar. Where did I hear that....... oh yeah, I remember now! Perot talked about that just before he and his volunteers put clinton into office. You remember that?

My point is that the nonsense of threatening to start a third party does nothing but advance the agenda of those who the third partyers claim to oppose.

You are exactly right! Perot accomplished just what he set out to do, defeat George Bush. There are still people out there who think he was a serious presidential candidate. Idiots!!!

I did NOT even mention a third party thus your implication unfounded. :)
To: Frobenius
There’s a giant sucking sound coming from somewhere, for sure.

Only Paddy is anti war and not a friend to Israel. He had his day and so did Perot. They are from an age that has no reality to the problem of today. But I'm not talking about them. I'm talking about the people who once tended to support them.
Where it concerns the need to fight the pseudo-elites who are trying to push globalism on us, bringing down American wages and standard of living, they were right. They are our natural allies (at least were they believe in our fundamental rights, the need for defense, and the need for nations to discourse and bargain, instead of total isolationism/protectionism).
